"We didn’t actually stay here due to the plumbing issue so they put us in their sister hotel nearby. They were very helpful in making sure that we were satisfied. They were still our first contact. Our room in the sister hotel had slow drain and Smokey smell due to someone smoking in the fire scape. They managed to move us right away and even put us in a bigger room.
