"The location was excellent and the ability to do laundry in the unit was key for the long stay. Loved this place and did not want to leave."

"This has to be removed from Expedia’s website. Everything listed about this place should be questioned. We booked for 10 nights and dealt with nothing but extreme noise almost daily and then was checked out after 8 days and had to check back in again to try to get back into the building for our last 2 nights. We were locked out for a hour at 9 PM after being given new codes that didn’t work. 3 nights of false fire alarms going off about 11 pm with fire trucks showing up to turn them off. The...

"Great location and unique building. Food was delicious."

"This was a cute little apartment the location was great. There were a lot of sites within walking distance. I had visited multiple cities so I appreciated the free laundry room at this location."

"Do not stay here if you want to sleep. My floor was full of 13 year old children. No adult supervision. They ran up and down the hallway late into the night yelling and screaming. "We have stayed in this hotel 3 times and have been totally happy with everything. It has the best location in the very center of Helsinki, easy walking distance from the railroad station (which has an easy connection to the airport), stores, restaurants and sights. The international staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very good food and is open late. The lobby offers comfortable seating areas and a friendly bar. The rooftop bar has a great view over the city...

"Beautiful room, very spacious and very pristine."

The spa in particular was so calm and a great place to relax. It’s been recently renovated and has great facilities. On one afternoon visit I had the whole place to myself. Our bedroom was large and well presented. The turn down service was a nice touch. Another new feature was the breakfast room, which looks fantastic. I think this...

"Schalldichte Zimmer mit einer Miniküche und Loft, komfortable Betten. Ziemlich gemütlich. Check-in und Schlüssel übers Handy und 3 Minuten zu den Tramhaltestellen. Etwas teuer, aber auch fancy"

"Aa a single night stay: good location, in tram line. While an early check in could not be accommodated (Saturday evening), luggage storage was complimentary. Was unable to visit the sauna - so can’t comment"
