"We were disappointed when we arrived. We came from another Courtyard by Marriott in Rapid city which was better. We expected the cafe to be open in the evening but we were told that they didn’t have it open on the weekends. There was more wear and tear and we found drippage in front of our toilet like it had been used. We used Lysol wipes to clean up floor and toilet. Also you pay $20+ to park for the night. We were only staying one night so we made do."

"Parking was tricky but the front desk was very helpful and there is some minor construction that made it a bit difficult to know if you can actually park in front of the building. Despite that everything was great."

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I do recommend taking the shuttle to the horseshoe for a better gaming experience."

"Room was clean, although not the one I picked on expedia. Breakfast was very good both mornings, but would have preferred bacon as my Grandson and I are not fans of sausage. Pool was clean and fun both Grandkids and I had a blast. Had to pay for parking and then park in sister hotels lot and run back over in the rain. Did not like that."

"The bathroom above me flooded my bathroom soaked my makeup and all the surfaces, water was pouring from the lights and exhaust fans. This woke me up from sleeping (it was such a large amount of water) and I had to pack and be moved to another room at 11pm, with a conference to attend in the morning. They offered me $25 to the bar (which I wasn’t able to use) for my inconvenience."
