In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that!

"The location is wonderful, at the side of a beautiful river and in a walking distance to the famous historic streets where you can hang out in the beautiful tranditional houses and shops. The property is new, modern and comfortable though it looks old and traditional from outside. The staff is thoughtful, keep sending you detailed information on check in, transportation, stay etc. Overall, a pleasant stay in Kazueya, thank you."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The property supplied everything one could imagine. Even the most random things like shoe warmers. It was in a great location and we had a little bar right next to us so we could stop for a drink. Easy walk to the historic town or to the Samurai village. I would highly recommend it. "

The instructions were clear, the staff helpful and friendly. It was on a quiet street and still close enough to the main sites of Kanazawa that you could walk to anything in about 20 minutes, or take the bus on the bus loop from the nearby stop. Would definitely stay here again."

The bath was so nice and welcome after a day of walking and sight seeing. The playground in the neighborhood was perfect and we enjoyed dining close by.
