"Hot tubs could be a little warmer. Would stay there again."

"This was the first hotel/motel of the trip, it's a little older motel, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a air conditioner ( it's was a older one) , they do have a coffee maker and a frig for your convenience, there is also a pool! the people who run the motel are very sweet. The shower is a little dark, too dark for me to actually take a shower. There is a Walmart down the road and some fast food options , very easy to find and to get back on the freeway, would I stay there...

"I come up this way often for client work and the last hotel (a 'high-end' hotel mind you) I stayed at was absolutely awful (food still in the cabinets, mystery 'stuff' on the walls, floors that were caked with stuff on them, no fire alarm). So, before I came back up, I really researched where I was going to stay this go around. I booked here because of the 8.7 out of 10 rating it had, and this Super 8 did not disappoint. As soon as I walked into the office, it not only looked clean but smelled...

"Loved the shower ameneties. My wife was very pleased with their choice of shower body wash and hair shampoo with Argon oil. We stay there again in 13 or 14 days. Check out the chainsaw wood carvings!"

"Parking and check in was easy. Desk staff was nice and efficient. This is a very economical place to stay and it looks like it, but I haven't had any problems with security, drama, or noise outside. This is a good place to stay for the money. It is hard to give it 5 stars it doesn't really look like they are trying for that, but we've stayed their twice and I'd be very comfortable choosing them again. I do recommend if you are on a budget."

"No hot water in the morning and at night"

"Indoor pool was supposed to be heated and was not. Continental breakfast was nothing special. Property was pretty rundown. Room key kept demagnetizing, heard someone say oh that happens all the time. * * room was very dirty. Dog hair on the floor as well as in the tub and on the chair.. took a handful dog hair to the front desk and they were nice enough to want to move us to a better room.. while at the front desk, some other lady came up and said her room was dirty. 😞"

"The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too"
