"Excellent stay, good stay and location, thank you."

"Voyage de 4 nuits dans cet hotel bien localisé. Une grande chambre fonctionnelle, agréable et un accès Wi-Fi tres bon. Le PdJ est copieux, et varié et est assuré pas le chef de salle Sandar qui ferra tout pour vous satisfaire (5*). Vous pouvez aussi prendre votre dîner sur place et Mintu, le maitre d hotel, vous conseillera parfaitement (5*)."

"Always trying to scam you in different ways. Claims we didn't pay the reservation despite it was paid for. Took us 35 min to check in.and we had to show payment slips and hotels own confirmation email. This hotel have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel or door understand hospitality. Ac broken in upper level. They didn't even try to fix it. Terrible stay. Took 80 dirham per night for tourist visa when it should be 10 dirhams per night."

"Super freundliches personal, schöner pool"

"The hotel has several strong points: wonderful, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful territory, and decent rooms. However, the rooms show visible signs of wear and appear not to have been renovated for some time. The condition of the finishes falls short of what I would expect from Rixos. The food and drinks were also below the brand’s usual standards. I was particularly disappointed with the quality of the drinks. "It's so relaxing. Amenities are amazing. The animals are cute and fun."

"We have stayed in this hotel several times the last couple of years. This experience had highs and lows, I think there must be a new administration as several things have changed for bad since our last visit. The situations we had to deal were: 1.- My wife booked a Thai massage, but the hotel...

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Loved the room and the water pressure in the shower was impressive to say the least"
