Oscar at lobby messed up my reservation and said he gave it to my dad who has the same name and was also staying there and that there were no more reservations made. This all happened around 10pm. We had to book and pay another hotel 30 miles away, only to have Oscar tell us a couple of minutes after, that he did find the reservation and everything was OK, but we’d already paid for the last minute booking, so had to basically throw away $150 for his initial mistake.
