"The staff are super friendly and even if they are not able to converse in English, we used an app translator or someone else on the staff. Location is ideal for us, within 10 min walk to the Muslim Quarter but far enough to not hear the noise. Plenty of restaurants around the area, pharmacies, fruit shops etc. The Air Conditioning in our room was not great - we never got around to reporting it as we left the windows open and it didnt get too warm at nights. Breakfast selection was good....

"Wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht. Als wir angekommen sind, wurde uns ein drittes Extra Bett angeboten. Ohne Aufpreis, das fanden wir klasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten im Leben der Stadt. Ein Punkt möchten wir noch erwähnen, der aber nicht die Bewertung einfloss, weil alles andere einfach top war. It is also walking distance to the city wall where there are performances held every night (ticket required) Hotel is very clean and modern. Quite spacious too and enough to fit 4 of us (2A2primary school aged kids) comfortably together with our 2 large size luggages. We stayed in a family room. There are gym and laundry in the hotel. "Outstanding property with incredible service"

"We requested breakfast boxes due to early day trip with the front desk staff. However, the kitchen staff didn't have any idea of our request; they simply gave us some takeaway boxes for us to pack food ourselves. This delayed our departure, plus we couldn't pack any drink. "

"It was really tough to find from the signage. The rooms were darker than images and staff were very friendly. Location is ok but as first time visitors, I would have preferred to be more central and closer to dining options. "

"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting. Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine. Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap. I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."

"We stayed in a suite and it was a grand room. The hotel is pretty central and walking distance from most touristy spots. It has its own beautiful campus with 5 other 5 star hotels along with beautiful gardens around. The buildings really look grand and from an different era. Our room was comfortable, spacious and with good amenities and comforts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended while in Xian."
