"The hotel is quite cool - looks unimpressive from the outside but inside the rooms are very modern and clean. We had 2 rooms on the top floor with skylights which had remote-controlled shades.
We were given code access to get in - which was perfect as we arrived early and dropped our bags off. We were lucky to fin street parking just across the street from the hotel.
The location was awesome. Right next to the bridge to Ortigia. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by.

Biggest issue is there really is no parking (she recommended free street parking which was not really available). "Panoramic room was only if you stand up on the terrace. No window in room. Very little room. Toilets not flushing properly . We had to flush 2-3 time just to get paper down. At times had to use water from the sink to flush.
Felt closed in with room. Only way to see out of room was up stairs to a terrace, and a sky light.
Felt a little uneasy walking around at night, although we had no problem,
Staff was friendly.
