  • Enjoy the perfect vacation at our beautiful, recently updated beach house in the Garden City/Murrells Inlet area! Our home can comfortably sleep 8 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open floor plan. The home is fully furnished and very clean!!! The living room features a new flat screen smart TV through which you can access your own personal streaming accounts and DVD player, along with an additional Queen sleeper sofa, a comfortable love seat and a cozy sitting/reading area. Our master bedroom has a King bed with a smart TV and private bath. Our fun second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (a twin over full and a twin over twin) and an attached bath. The open kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, disposal, toaster, blender and all the kitchen supplies you need. Enjoy a sit-down meal at the 6-seat dining table and a kitchen counter equipped with 3 bar stools. There is parking and a small storage area below the house containing beach/pool supplies including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and pool floaties. There is also a charcoal grill. After the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and foot rinsing station on the side of the house. There are also basic baby supplies available if needed. We provide bed linens and bath towels which are laundered by our cleaning crew. There are also beach towels available if needed.

    We are directly across the street from the beach (approximately 2 minute walk) and minutes from some of the best golf courses in the USA. Perfect for family vacations or as a golfer's paradise. The amazing beach is the widest in Myrtle Beach, offering warm waters, soft clean white sand, mild waves, small crowds and hours of family fun. End the day on the porch relaxing in 2 rocking chairs facing the setting sun.

    Stays of 7 or more days are the most economical way to vacation in Garden City Beach. Discounts may apply to longer stays. Rates do not include a departure cleaning service fee of $150 and 12% government accommodation tax. All stays require a REFUNDABLE $200 damage waiver deposit. Take care of the home and the $200 is FULLY REFUNDED.

    **Cleaning Fee covers linens for up to 6 guests. If you wish to have linens for an additional 1-2 people, it is a custom cost of $15/extra person per stay.**

From the moment we walked in it was like home. Everything was super clean, house was at perfect temperature and a few steps to the beach. We can't wait to come again. The sweet neighbors came out and shook our hands and welcomed us and sent us off with safe travels.

This place feels like home! Our family has owned a home in Garden City up until 3 years ago. We have rented since and finally found the perfect, cozy beach house. A home away from home, if you will. Perfectly positioned just across the street from the beach access! The house if fully stocked with anything and everything you could need. Even laundry pods were available (although our littles are allergic so we had already packed our own). Our kids loved having books and DVDs that were “new to them” to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and everyone just snuggled right in. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to getaway in Garden City.

Great home close to the beach! It was clean. Early check-in was made available and that always a plus for me. Loved we could have a golf cart and parking underneath the home. Although please note parking is tight getting into the spaces. Multiple large trucks or SUVs would be nerve wracking. We parked my truck the whole time and drove my daughter small car the whole time. Community pool was clean and well kept. Box fans in each closet, great touch! Noticed there’s also a pack and play and high chair there.

Really nice spot right across from the beach! The king size bed was so comfortable which made for a great night sleep after a day in the sun. We would love to stay again!

Great little beach house

Cute house, right across the street from the beach. I love that the door has a key code & you dont have to worry about keeping up with a key. House has all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location!

We spent two months enjoying this property while working remote to escape the cold up north. Daily walks on the beach across the street could not be beat. We would definitely rent this cute spot again.

Great place in a cute beach community!

Sunset square is a cute and safe beach community with a pool and beach access across the street! We like its only three quarters of a mile from the Garden City Pier, the pool and beach are both there, it was easy to access with a lock code, and had ample parking and space for our group!

Amazing Ocean Getaway

We had an amazing family time at this location. Located just a block from the beach, they had everything we needed and more - beach toys, boogie boards, floaties, beach towels and pool toys (we couldn't find the umbrella). The owners were responsive to our questions and it was great to have the pool for the afternoons! A very wonderful place for an ocean getaway!
