    ☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆

    This lovely oceanfront home boasts four comfortable bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Each bedroom features elegant decor and has a new Roku TV so you can keep up with all your favorite shows during your holiday.

    The first bedroom is located on the first floor and faces west, so you get a beautiful blast of sunlight in the evening. Drift to sleep in the plush king-sized bed after an adventurous day. Guests in this bedroom have access to the main floor bathroom which is shared with common areas.

    Make your way upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find three more beautiful bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms each contain two plush queen-sized beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The second bedroom faces west while the third bedroom faces east, so you can enjoy stunning ocean views. The third bedroom also shares a balcony with the fourth bedroom.

    The fourth bedroom is a luxurious primary suite with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a balcony with incredible ocean views.

    All three full bathrooms have been recently renovated and offer a stylish and immaculate space to freshen up throughout your stay. Each one is stocked with towels and offers a shower/tub combination. You’ll also find a stacked washer and dryer to keep your towels and wardrobe fresh for the entirety of your stay.

    ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

    Make all your meals in the beautifully remodeled kitchen. This brand-new space boasts modern appliances, spacious granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space to store all your cooking essentials. Prepare your favorite dishes while socializing with your group around the kitchen island. You’ll find enough stools to seat four guests.

    The open kitchen makes it easy to transition to the dining area once dinner is ready. Take a seat around the charming wood dining table that comfortably seats eight. If that’s not enough space, additional guests can enjoy their meals at the kitchen counter. You’ll love the chic boho vibe, which lends to the beachy atmosphere.

    The lounge is the perfect place to relax with the whole family. Featuring two large sofas and three accent chairs, you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating for your whole group. Sit back and watch a movie on the flat-screen Smart TV or play some board games. You can use the wifi to surf the internet when you have some downtime. This sophisticated space is decorated with beach-themed pieces that perfectly complement the modern, minimalist style.

    This family-friendly home also provides a high chair, a Pack n’ Play, and toddler utensils, plates, and bowls.

    Enjoy outdoor living at its finest! Not only is this home located along the beach, but it also has a private patio and balcony, so you can enjoy endless views of the picturesque waterfront without even leaving the property. The east-facing balcony is located on the second floor and provides a serene view for guests in the third and fourth bedrooms.

    On the main floor, you can step out onto the private patio from the lounge and enjoy some fresh air as well as outdoor seating. Spend unforgettable days relaxing outside while the chef of your group makes something delicious on the BBQ. You can enjoy alfresco dining around the two brand-new picnic tables. After dinner, enjoy watching the kids play in the grassy backyard or feel the sand between your toes on the beach.

    This elegant beach home boasts several special amenities, including access to a heated community pool with poolside furniture, as well as beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a beach cart. The pool is heated from April 1st to October 31st.

    This house is ideally located close to Garden City Pier, Surfside Beach Pier, and several golf courses and lively eateries.

Wonderful place for a long Garden City weekend!

Clean, easy access, plenty of parking, great view of the ocean. Had every thing you could think of for a stay at the beach for both adults and kids!Will definitely book again.

Loved this rental so much! Home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked with full kitchen, lots and lots of towels, games, and more. Beds super comfortable. They even left us a welcome basket with water, snacks, and fun treats. So many things to love about this home.....ohhh the views and access to the beach are second to none!! Highly recommend! Hope to stay here again sometime!

Moms Dream Vacation

This home was perfect in every way! It looked exactly as it did in the photos. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from the balconies, living room and kitchen. Also enjoyed the backyard space for the pups. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Overall a perfect stay. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach Vacation

Our stay was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the location on the beach was great. It was hard leaving. We were really impressed with all the extras offered with the house. Sandra communication and instructions made the trip go smoothly! We will definitely stay again!

Lovely beach house

This house was perfecto for our family of 8. We enjoyed the beautiful beach just steps away from our door, and the pool was warm and relaxing. We prepared several meals in the functional kitchen, and we all slept comfortably in the spacious bedrooms. The view of the full moon was gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Surf Haven! The set up of the house is perfect for families, especially with kids. They can literally walk to the beautiful beach, to the pool, and back to the house within minutes…and I can view them on the sand from the kitchen balcony! I want to add that there is also a bike/walking/running path that starts in back of the home for those who prefer to run on a paved path. Such a relaxing coastal vacation with a perfect set up! You are also well taken care of with Sandra, the responsive host that will answer any questions you may have. 5 star all around!

Great location! Very happy with access to front door and back porch. Back door lock for slider entering the kitchen had to be jimmied to function properly. My family and I are turtle advocates. It was very disturbing that a motion light was on beach side of the house.

Great Accomodations!

This home was perfect for our family. My parents had the master suite, my sister’s family of 4 had the 2 BRs with the Jack n Jill bathroom and my husband and I had the 1st floor bedroom. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. We loved all the beach chairs, wagon and beach toys. Directly on the beach with a very short walk to pool and ocean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Sandra was very responsive and made every attempt to make our vacation go smoothly. We met the Extensive cleaning team who were all very kind and hard working. We had a very nice trip! Thank you for everything:)

Mom's Dream Beach House

This was mom's bucket list and it was wonderful, the location was perfect, the house was amazing, front deck morning coffee was a treat, watching sun rise. amazingly the sound proof of the house was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Inventory of beach equipment was over and beyond. 5 Star all the way! Sandra was a gracious host and treated us to cookies that arrived at the precise time we had finished cooking and eating dinner as a family in our home away from home. Impeccable! 5 adults and 6 teenagers living together for 7 days without incident, couldn't have asked for anything better!
