Your Privacy Matters: The property has 8 exterior security cameras in the following locations: 2 cameras covering the backyard, 1 camera covering the side yard, 1 camera at the lower outside door, 1 camera entering the stairwell, and 3 cameras covering the driveway. These cameras are solely for liability purposes and do not infringe on guest privacy in public areas.

Guest Responsibilities: To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we have a no-pet, no-smoking, and no-parties policy. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and use our electronic boarding pass, which includes a verification process to enhance security and ensure compliance with our house rules.

Perfect place to enjoy Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet. We were a family of 10 adults and 10 grandchildren, plenty of room for us to sleep. Literally one block from the beach where we spent 3 or 4 hours every day, followed by another hour or 2 in the private swimming pool. The owners were exceptionally responsive, solving an elevator issue upon arrival and switching out some problematic toilets a day or two into our stay. The home is very well equipped for all the cooking you would like to do, with grocery stores only a few minutes away. Lots of deck space and chairs for sitting and talking, along with all the space underneath. Plenty of parking available. A master suite on first floor, and 2 bunkrooms (4 beds each) and 3 queen bedrooms upstairs, plus private TV room upstairs. Beautifully decorated, TV's in every room, and seating for plenty of guests on the sectional couch, dining room table and 2 bars. Two refrigerators and 2 washers/dryers were very welcome given the meals for grandchildren and amount of clothes being washed and dried. Far enough south of Myrtle Beach to feel less crowded, yet close enough if you wanted to hit some of the major attractions in town. A block away from Garden City beach pier with some night life, shops and local places to eat. Would highly recommend Murrells Inlet Eco Tour, a 2 hour hands on boat tour through Murrells Inlet to the pass, with plenty of time for shell searching. Beautiful place to enjoy beach and marsh.

Can’t say enough…

This is the second time staying at Memories on Magnolia. Can’t say enough about Harry and Heather… very responsive. Location is close to everything, beach, pier and arcades! Plenty of space for our family of 12. Everyone had their own room and bath. If we had a complaint it would be the seating… needed a few more chairs. The elevator is a plus with bringing up groceries, the seniors and our handicap grandson. Another great week of Memories on Magnolia!

House was very nice and close to beach, pier, arcade, stores. Pool was great. We did have a few issues. We had 2 fridge / freezers with ice makers and neither would make ice. The owner promptly sent maintenance over but he could not fix them . He left and never said a word so we thought they were fixed but they were not. The other 2 minor issues in the home were resolved right away. We took food to grill and were told there was no grill due to insurance, but there is a grill on the pictures on Vrbo. Owner was very prompt in responding and over all we really did enjoy our stay.

Great Home in a Great Location

The home is everything as advertised, in a great location, with many great bars and restaurants within walking distance, but also only short car rides away from everything else you may want to do in Myrtle Beach. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone going on a group or family vacation.

Perfect house and hosts

Our extended family of 16 stayed at Memories on Magnolia in August 2023. The immaculate home is conveniently located near the ocean, restaurants, and local shopping. The house was beautifully decorated with ample kitchenware, two refrigerators, and two sets of washers and dryers that masterfully accommodated our large party. The elevator made loading/unloading suitcases and groceries a breeze. It also came in useful for our elderly mother, who cannot easily go up and down stairs. In addition to the six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, there are multiple outdoor gathering spaces. It provided plenty of room for our family to hang out together or get some alone time. The home is a 2-minute walk to the beach. The pool provided hours of recreation for those in our party who preferred less sand and salt. There are TVs with streaming apps in every room, for a total of eight TVs throughout the house. It seemed every convenience and preference was considered when providing amenities for guests. Harry and Heather were excellent hosts. They communicated quickly and kept us updated with everything pertaining to the stay. Upon arrival, we had a beautiful box of goodies to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Harry and Heather, for affording our family one of our best vacations.

Excellent location home was very nice. King tide was a bit annoying, as it flooded the pool and driveway and closed some access streets. Other than that we enjoyed our visit. Owners were quick to address any issues.

An Amazing Place!

Very short walk to beach, shops and food! Ample parking was a definite plus, along with the convenience of the elevator to bring up luggage! Each bedroom, including bunk rooms, all having their own bathrooms attached was a major plus as well! We especially enjoyed the pool and the large deck. This house had more than enough room for all 14 family members. A truly amazing place!

Great place, location

Our family of 14 loved the stay! The location is perfect! Walking distance to beach, pier, shops. The house itself was so nice! We loved having the private pool and the deck area was also nice especially at night under the hanging lights. Check in process was easy and Heather was super communicative and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

Memories on Magnolia is the perfect house for a family getaway. It is so spacious with enough room for everyone. The pool was perfect, and it had multiple great outdoor spaces. The 2 minute walk to the beach is great and the beach was never crowded.

Wonderful

Harry and Heather were the best. I really liked the cookies that they left even thought I didn’t get any. Grandkids ate before I had a chance but it was beautiful. Property was immaculate and I would reserve again. Proximity to beach was close I just wish I had more Days to really enjoy it!

Summer Youth Retreat.
