INTERACTION:
We tend to let our guests have peaceful enjoyment of their vacation. However, pool maintenance and chemical balancing occurs 1-3 times a week depending on the season. This is conducted for safety and cleanliness. You may or may not see these trusted contractors during your stay. They will not knock on the door or announce themselves as they usually are in and out very quickly and do not want to disturb your stay. Do not be alarmed. They have permission to be in the pool and pump areas. We are nearby and are here to ensure you have a great stay if you need us!

*While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets:
1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed
2. Cats are NOT permitted.
3. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate
4. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies
5. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. (this fee is flexible for stays longer than 13 nights... please inquire) You remove all pet hair, waste before departing. NOTE: This fee is included in your rate with Airbnb and VRBO IF YOU INDICATE YOU HAVE A PET IN THE PROCESS OF BOOKING. This is not included in other platforms or our direct booking site and will be billed after booking.

The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $195, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. USPS DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REGULAR MAIL AT THIS SHORT TERM RENTAL PROPERTY. PLEASE SECURE OTHER METHODS LIKE A P.O. BOX IF YOU WISH TO GET MAIL WHILE STAYING LONGER THAN 29 DAYS.
