One Ocean Place - Direct Oceanfront

This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom oceanfront condo is situated on the third floor of One Ocean Place and offers all the comforts of home. One Ocean Place is Garden City's premier luxury condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The unit offers magnificent views of the beach and has a fabulous deck to have breakfast on in the mornings or a drink with your loved one at sunset. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, wet bar and entertainment center, housing a VCR/DVD, stereo, CD player and flat screen TV. The room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a television and a king size bed. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom with adjoining bath has 2 twin beds and flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, small appliances and full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. This is a non smoking unit.

Perfect Ocean View Getaway

Our stay was stress free from the first day checking in through the last day checking out. Tony even provided an umbrella and two chairs that were set up and taken down daily, allowing us to have a front row view of the ocean. We had a fabulous time and plan to return.

This is our second year in a row, spending a week at Tony's condo at One Ocean Place. That alone should confirm how much we love staying here.The condo is clean, it is well decorated and it has anything you will need for an enjoyable stay in Garden City Beach. If you have not been to the area, One Ocean Place is the nicest complex in all of the South Strand area, in my opinion. Tony is as good an owner to work with as any I've encountered in the VRBO world. We've stayed here twice - and we plan on a third time next year!

Fabulous Beach Condo

Absolutely beautiful property exactly as described and as the photos show in the listing. This place has a million dollar panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room. We enjoyed being lulled to sleep listening to the waves coming ashore right outside the bedroom. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed—even attractively placed beach novels to read and thoughtfully provided makeup towels. When we needed to get out of the sun, the large, nicely furnished balcony was perfect. The complex has great security, two nice pools with hot tubs, parking garage, beach access, and elevators. Owner is very nice and personable. We would love to rent this unit again!

Excellent all around

This property is as advertised. Beautiful, clean and comfortable inside. Gorgeous views from the wall of windows! Easy and convenient check in and property owners were available and very helpful. Easy and quick access to the beach, and the owners had all ready rented beach chairs and umbrella for the unit. Our stay was cut short due to tropical storm Debby - but we will definitely return!

Beautiful week

This is a great property to spend a vacation or a long weekend at. The condo was clean, well decorated and offered anything one needs for a great vacation. Tony was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions that arose. The Garden City Beach area is our favorite area in all of Myrtle Beach and this condo just reinforced that for us. Would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The ocean front view on the large balcony is so breath-taking! I enjoyed drinking coffee out there and watching the sunrise and set every day. The condo is tastefully decorated with beautiful beach decor, was super clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tony was a great host and easy to contact. We would stay here again, no hesitation!
