Great place for family fun. It’s right on the beach and the pool is nicely sized and kept clean. We met several older couples that live there and are enjoying life!

We loved staying here this summer! Everything was very clean and Suzanne was very helpful communicating during a power outage caused by a storm. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. The host was amazing, quick to respond to our questions and requests. The beach was beautiful and just a couple steps away from the property. Parking was ample and simple to figure out. Restaurants and shopping was convenient. Would visit again.

We traveled with two other couples and the condo was an ideal size. The owners were very accomodating. We had a clean place to enjoy with a wonderful view of the ocean.The only downside is that we personally prefer a king sized bed. Other than that we had everything we needed and had a great time.

Getaway with friends

Great location. Clean and nicely decorated. Right on the beach. It was perfect for traveling with friends. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. Good communication with owners.

Peaceful stay

This condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and communicated all instructions well. It was nice space, quiet and has a fabulous view. It was easy access to lots of restaurant, grocery stores and souvenir shops as well as the piers.

If I could rate higher than 5 Stars, I would. Beautiful Condo that has everything you need! Suzanne and Mike are fabulous owners and super friendly. Great communication too! We would absolutely stay here again (and are already planning for next year!) We made some great memories. Thank you so very much!

Perfect in Every Way!

Casa Carolina was super clean, well-decorated, comfortable, well-stocked, perfectly located. We stayed as a family of 5 and had gobs of room. The kitchen had everything you could need, if they don't have it, you don't need it. The beach access was some of the best in Garden City and the view was fantastic...full on oceanfront. The new chairs on the porch were super comfy and I spent hours in them enjoying the ocean breeze. The property is super well kept, we saw security checking the pool area every evening and there was someone cleaning the pool every morning. Despite the proximity to the pool and beach, it's very quiet inside. We had no trouble finding covered parking the whole time we were there. 5 stars, perfect place.

This condo was well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked too. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach.Our host, Suzanne, was very responsive to communication. When I texted her that the toaster did not work, she had a new one delivered the same day. I would definitely recommend!
