Look no further as you have found a perfect gem for your dream vacation. This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath beautifully furnished townhouse is waiting for your arrival! This townhome is just a couple of steps away from the TPC Myrtle Beach Clubhouse. TPC remains the only Myrtle Beach Golf Course in the area to be awarded 5 stars by Golf Digest magazine. This vacation home is located on the property of Cold Stream Cove and you will have access to a gorgeous privately gated inground pool & pool house.

If you are looking for a luxury, this vacation townhouse is the place for you. This 1900 sq. foot home is fully loaded with everything you need to get your vacation started on the right foot. To start, we have a very spacious kitchen and it's equipped with all the essentials you will need to prepare a nice meal for your group. It features a dishwasher, Microwave, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven. It is also stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, coffee mugs and plenty of pots & pans for the meals you want to prepare. We also have a grill for you to enjoy for those days you would like to barbeque outside.

We have a very nice dinning room that seats 6. This dinning room has beautiful hardwood floors. In addition to the dinner room table we have a 4 seat wood kitchen table.

When its time to relax, we have a very nice living room set for you to enjoy. This set features a matching sofa & love seat and designer chair. All while watching a 55" Flat screen. We also have a gas fire place to make you feel right at home.

The first floor also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. No need to over pack or take dirty clothes home with you!

You also will enjoy a quite & peaceful large screened in porch that backs up to a wooded area. Its a perfect place to relax and unwind outdoors and still be protected from the elements.

This house features 4 bedrooms which all rooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TV's.

The master bedroom on the main floor. It is It features a King Bed with a therapeutic mattress for you to enjoy. This room has a 40" flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The large master bathroom has a ceramic tile stand up shower which is very spacious. Along side the shower is has a jetted garden bath tub for you to relax in. To round out this master suite you can store your clothes in a very large walk in closet attached to the master bath. This bedroom will not disappoint it's true luxury!

2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms, a loft and a full bathroom.

The second bedroom also features a king size bed. This room has a 27" flat screen TV as well as a large closet and plenty of drawer space to store you clothes and stay awhile.

The third bedroom is very spacious and fits 2 full size beds. It has a 40" Flat Screen TV as well as another large walk in closet.

The fourth bedroom is a converted office that has a queen size bed for you to enjoy. It's a perfect extra bedroom for large families or maybe a 4th golfer that wants his or her own space. Also has a 32" Flat Screen TV

We have also offer free WiFi for our guests. You don't have to worry about linens and towels, they part of your package! We also include a free Huntington Beach State Park pass. You present the pass to guard shack and you entire car load gets in free to a private beach. This beach is not crowded and has a great picnic area for you to enjoy. You can also bike, hike and fish in this park. It's just 12 minutes away from the house. We also provide 4 beach chairs for you to use during your stay.

If you are a golfer like myself, the TPC Myrtle beach course is one of the best in the entire Myrtle Beach area. You are steps away from the clubhouse. This course is also home to the Dustin Johnson Golf School if you would like to brush up on your game. In addition to the TPC course there are over 100 more wonderful courses in the area for you to enjoy. I recommend Caledonia, True Blue, Heritage Club & Pawleys Plantation are just a few of my favorites.

The location of this home in Murrells Inlet is 15 minutes away from the airport and Just a few minutes away from the very popular Marsh Walk that features a variety of restaurants for you to enjoy a nice meal right on the water. This is also a great place to go if you are looking for some nightlife in the area.

Amazing

The property itself was amazing the location was amazing. The communication was top tier, they literally had everything even spices and cleaning supplies we literally needed nothing but ourselves and food. Location was central to everything no more than 25 minutes to go anywhere. Owner even made sure we had beach access for the entire stay, the community pool was very clean and close and all the community members were so welcoming and kind, my family will definitely stay again. Please book you will not be disappointed. Oh and by the way the cleanliness was a 10 of 10 not a spec of dust in the property.

I was so blown away house the house was it was prefect beautiful could sleep up to 12 but we had 9 Communication was spot on. They had everything for the house n for their guess. Just a beautiful house n will rent for them again

Newly updated townhouse

We enjoyed this newly updated townhouse. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We all slept very well each night. Beds were very comfortable. That was a big plus. Enjoyed the pool and recreation area not too far from townhouse. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property to other guests.

Wonderful place to stay!!

We spent a week here for a family vacation-the home was spotless and had everything we needed. Joe was available by text to address any needs we had during the week. I would rent again-this house was the best one we have rented in this area!! Very close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Loved having the pass to Huntington State Beach, too!!

Great location

This property is located in a quiet subdivision with easy access to grocery shopping and an excellent pizza place (Danny's). The house is twenty to thirty minutes from everything you might want to do. I would rent this again.

Family Reunion

This property is great. Clean; comfortable beds; great master shower and location in the middle of Murrells Inlet activities is very convenient. Owner provides Huntington State Park pass, which we used and was great! Outdoor gas grill and screened in porch are great! Part of our family stayed here for a reunion with main base at a house on Garden City Beach. It worked great for us. Only issue was trash pickup is on Sundays and trash from previous guests still there when we arrived on Tuesday creating smell and gnat problem in garage. Notified owner but we had to take all our trash to overflow at pool which was a bit of a hassle.

Highly Recommend!

This property was beautiful and everything inside was very nice. It was spotless when we arrived, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Joe was extremely nice and helpful, and he made the process really easy and enjoyable!

The best time

Wow, what a great time we had on our five brother reunion trip at Joe's place. The accommodations were first class period. We wanted for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped and he even has a nice new grill out back which we found good use for especially with the abundance of delicious fresh fish just a few minutes away. We had a few questions when we first arrived and found Joe immediately. He got us off to a great start on the trip. We HIGHLY recommend Joe and this location. Just don't be there when we book it next year!!

Murrells Inlet

I don’t know where to start. The owner, Joe O. Had amazing communication. The home was lovely, the neighborhood great. Even met vacationing neighbors. This is definitely on the top of the list for repeat visitation. I really felt at home. Was sad to go but excited to come back.

Time spent in this condo was great! Clean, all home like amenities! Great location. Parking at condo was for 2 smaller/regular cars or regular size SUV, not for a full-size truck or large SUV. Overflow parking was always full but we made it work! Quiet neighborhood!

Great time was had by all

We really enjoyed our stay at Murrells Inlet. The condo was great although we we unable to connect to the internet during our stay. Thankfully, I had brought along my Verizon MiFi so we did have internet. The beach was just a short drive away and the kids loved the pool. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.
