FEELS LIKE HOME IN THIS GORGEOUS 2 BEDROOM OCEANFRONT CONDO

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh-walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Wonderful Getaway!

When I say this property was perfect for us, I truly mean it.Check-in was easy and the unit was clean and well equipped when we got there. Linens on the bed, towels in the bathrooms, A/C was cold, and the view was amazing. We went out to dinner most nights but for a group or family that wanted to stay in- they had just about everything you could need to cook any meal with ease. The pool/pool deck was clean and welcoming, the Salty Pickle was amazing, and the hosts were great- quick communication and helpful! 10/10 we will be back!

Excellent location

Really enjoyed our trip and staying there. Room was clean and as described. Only hiccup at all was we got there around midnight to check in and never received a code and didn’t know how to access our room, but was able to locate some staff that helped us figure out what our code was.

Perfect Family Beach Resort

This was our first trip to the Myrtle Beach and we loved every minute of it! The direct, unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony is just breathtaking. The property has multiple pools & hot tub as well. The unit is clean & updated and had everything that we needed for cooking & entertainment. We did not venture out much off property but had an amazing time on site. We have found it challenging to find a multi-room space that can comfortably accommodate a family that is directly on the beach for a reasonable rate. The Royal Gardens Resort is a rare find that checks off all of these boxes and we will very likely return!

The condo itself was very nice and would stay again. The building elevators were slow and limited. Parking garage is narrow but overall was nice being oceanfront with a pool for a good price .

Building and condo were clean and service desk friendly and nice. Bath fixtures in condo old and not working to efficiency. Wall paper needs to be removed as it is peeling in many places.Mattress very soft and mattress cover in shreds. View from balcony spectacular. Elevators need to be in working order all day. Patio door very difficult to open and shut.

Beach vacation

This was a great place. The pools were great. The room was perfect. We had a great, relaxing break. The Salty Pickles Pickles were an added bonus, a must if you love pickles.

Stay during June 28, 2020

Nice place, just a few warnings: if you are going to check in after 5:00 contact front desk for check in information. No trash bags, no shampoo, no soap in kitchen, no laundry detergent but kitchen was fully equipped and the room was very quite inside from outside noise. Location is not the best if you are looking to eat out, it is a hike to either pier Garden City or Surf Side that have restaurants. Would suggest Surf Side over Garden City but a car or cart ride would be suggested.

Dog hair and outdated

We enjoyed the location of this condo for our family vacation. However, I ended up washing all the linens because they had dog hair on them and my daughter is highly allergic to dogs. I assumed that since our condo didn’t allow dogs that there weren’t any dogs allowed on the premises. I was sadly mistaken. The pillows should have protectors on them. There were stains and discoloration on the pillows. I purchased my own pillows. The twin comforters also had a dingy smell to them and needed to be washed. The second bedroom needs to be painted. There are scuff marks on the walls. I know smoking isn’t allowed in the condo, but the condo did smell like smoke. The condo also needs to be updated. The furniture is outdated. Wallpaper is from the 80’s. It would also have been nice to have a tea kettle. There were fireworks every night which made it hard to put my children to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the condo. I would stay in this building again, but not in the same condo.

While I appreciate that this is an older property, we were unaware that they were undergoing renovations while we would be there. This would not have been too much of a problem had it only been in the general common area, however, we PAID to have OCEAN FRONT with a BALCONY and the balcony was unusable during the entire course of the 4 days there. Not only was the balcony so full of crumbling debris from the upper levels and screws/rebar, the first day we woke up there were 2 workers ON our balcony performing loud drilling and hammering repairs to the top and bottom of the deck. The next day they were back, pouring concrete on the decks, including ours, creating more mess and "blocking" off the freshly poured concrete with the chairs on the balcony. Leaving more debris and mess. Balcony was unusable whole time. Other people booked some other way and were offered 2 free nights to make up for it. The other thing: they knew this was going to be happening 2 weeks earlier, as they had already started the repairs on the far side, and had started on our "row" two days before. The next afternoon, after we complained, and after we were already in the room and unpacked, and after being awakened by the workers and finding them on our balcony, a girl at the front desk asked if we wanted to move. Why they didn't tell us to begin with that there was construction being done and offering to move us at check in would have been the better customer service move. No internet whole time.
