Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

  • This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

    Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
    Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
    You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearence is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
    This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, less than 2 miles from Wild Water and Wheels Water Park, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Our stay was so much fun! Apartment was as described except the 2nd bathroom was VERY small and there was no bathtub just showers (which my twins wasn’t happy about). We had a beautiful view, and really enjoyed being able to walk right out onto the beach and to have the option to use either the indoor or outdoor pool!

Great vacation

The location of this property was amazing. I really enjoyed the view and being able to easily access the beach. My kids loved the different pools. It was a wonderful vacation. The only negative I can say is that there was not enough dish washing liquid, trash bags, toilet tissue, etc for the length of our stay. Great condo! Will definitely try to book this property again!

Fun in the Sun at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Closest we have ever stayed to the beach. Just steps from the ocean. The beach was great! We really enjoyed sifting through the shell beds for treasures like perfect shells and shark teeth. As far as the room rental. The building is not very modern. But the elevators were always quickly available and extremely fast for a building like that. The room was clean. We did have a few issues. One night we had a water leak from a sink that went into the floor below. The repairman came exactly when he said he would- worked quickly and efficiently and was very kind. We had a fire alarm go off one night but that was also resolved very quickly. Overall we had a pretty great stay!

Great location and Condo, the property management company could communicate much better

the condo and location were phenomenal and everything it advertised. My issue is with the lack of communication from the property management company. They did not respond to messages via VRBO or phone messages before our stay. They responded to two of my VRBO messages once I called VRBO and inquired why I was not getting any responses, but still never returned my call. My friend, who lived in the area, finally went the day before we were to check in to ask about an early check in, they told her they had spoken to me. That was not accurate. Once we were checked in, all was good. The dryer broke and they could not fix it but gave us a key to use the laundry in another unit. Not ideal but it was a solution. Just a hassle to carry your laundry to another unit on multiple floors away. They did not communicate that they were not onsite Saturday and Sundays so there was no option for additional toilet paper, towels, etc. On Sunday our internet went out, called the after hours line and it was not answered and said the voice mail was not set up. So we did not have internet or TV for a day. It was manageable but really disappointing for the price we paid for the unit. The maintenance person and laundry person, once we were able to speak to them, were very helpful in finding a solution. They need to communicate that they are not available on the weekends. Make sure you have your questions/information from them upon check in. Again Unit and location were great!

Love royal garden resort. Have stayed there around 15 times.

Herd of little kids stayed above us and sounded like herd of Buffalo all week. Glad this year was back to normal. Quiet clean great location.brought our parents and kids and grandkids. They all got there own rooms and loved it.

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you would need.The 2nd bedroom is too small; it does not have even space to place a handbag. Overall the apartment furniture and cleanness met our expectation.Very family friendly location. The beach area was clean with only sand (no rocks, or weeds) and the building was very close to the beach which we liked and enjoyed. The building itself felt old. The trash in the common areas was not emptied frequently which was disappointing (area near elevator was smelling bad for entire weekend).
