    Disfrute de una experiencia de playa completa desde su balcón o desde la comodidad de su sala de estar. Sea Oaks es un pequeño complejo que cuenta con la comodidad de un ascensor. Cuando esté listo para sentir la arena suave y cálida entre los dedos de los pies, la playa está justo afuera del estacionamiento, puede dejar su equipo de playa en el auto. Sea Oaks se encuentra en una gran parte de la gran playa de Garden City, no habrá mucha gente. Una excelente ubicación, a casi media milla al norte del muelle de Garden City, donde hay restaurantes y tiendas.

    Relájese después de cada día de vacaciones en muebles cómodos. Disfrute de la TV de pantalla plana o relájese con una vista despejada de la playa desde el balcón cubierto. El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama king size y TV, con baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, junto con un segundo baño completo. El sofá del salón es un sofá cama tamaño queen. La cocina reluciente está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, un refrigerador grande, cocina con horno, microondas, tostadora, pequeños electrodomésticos, ollas y sartenes. Platos, cristalería y vajilla están a la mano. Se proporcionan sábanas, se harán camas, jabón, toallas de papel y bolsas de basura estarán a la mano. ¡No comenzará sus vacaciones haciendo camas o corriendo a la tienda para comprar pañuelos de papel!

    Garden City es perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia o una escapada romántica, lejos del tráfico y las multitudes, pero a poca distancia en automóvil de las atracciones y de más de 100 campos de golf. El muelle de Surfside Beach, los restaurantes, los bares y las tiendas se encuentran a una corta distancia en automóvil (o una agradable y larga caminata) hacia el norte. Wonderful as usual

Easy booking, great staff to work with, place was great. Easy access to parking elevator, pool and beach. Will certainly stay here again.

Carolina Country Music Festival

We booked it for our trip to CCMF and loved every bit of it we were close enough to everything to have a blast but far enough away to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the beach. It was nice and relaxing.

We had a great time at Sea Oaks. Weather was great and Beach was beautiful. 206 met our needs. Could use a little up grade and the shower in the master is very small. Great for 2 people but 4 could get a little cramped.

Needs to be sprayed for bugs hallways are dark needs more light. The rooms need more light bedrooms location to the beach is perfect not even 100 steps.

206 sea oaks garden city sc review

Condo was nice and clean. Location was wonderful. Parking was horrible. Many vehicles with no parking passes were taking up the spots reserved for two cars with just one vehicle and many times there was no spots available for our one car. Overall, very nice stay.

Great family trip

Had a great time. Even though we got here only days after hurricane Ian, everything was in pretty good shape. Condo was as advertised except for getting hot water in showers , which was fine after we learned it was reversed .

Garden City Review

Enjoyed stay and property inside was excellent. Property could use some updating on the exterior. Too many beach rules we are going to return to Florida for our beach vacations - we must be allowed to use sunshades and those were not allowed on Garden City beach.

Long weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The unit was very clean when we entered and had everything we needed. Having a second car pass for parking was a bonus. The balcony overlooks the beach, which was especially nice since we had some rainy weather our fist day. We will return!

Often stay in this area

We had a good week. We often stay in Surfside or Garden City. For the first time, we got to see dolphins swim by. We were thrilled. I very much appreciated the elevator at this location (I have a bum knee) We were a bit freaked out when some bugs got into the condo - we thought they were huge roaches but was reassured by property management that they were palmetto bugs.

Bad day at the beach

The property was very rundown, dirty and had roaches crawling all over the place. We were in there about five minutes and exterminator came to spray I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Absolutely love this place

It’s so convenient to everything. I love that I don’t have to walk a long way to the beach. Just a few steps down from our deck, then level sand, no dunes, no sea oats just sand. Any little issue I had was solved almost immediately. The condo itself is great. Just a few things I would add. I think a better table with 4 chairs instead of two on the balcony. With three people, one had to sit on the little bean bag and the flatware needs to be updated. Not enough case knives, but overall it wouldn’t keep me from coming back.

Cleanliness

The location and view was wonderful! The refrigerator had finger prints on it and the glass door going out to the balcony was not cleaned. Fingerprints and suntan lotion was still on it. Dish cloths, dish towels or hand soap was provided as stated. We were able to purchase these items after we checked in. The outside door was filthy - looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Dirt and cobwebs were on the door which made the condo not look very welcoming. Like I said, the view and location was amazing!

Overall wonderful experience

My only complaint is the parking! It was terrible. One morning someone even pulling in behind our car completely blocking us in. On the other hand. The room was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. It was so nice being able to set on a balcony and watch the waves.

Great Stay

My family had such a great time. I needed a place that was safe and easy access for my 2 year old and my mom who cannot walk very well. The screened in porch easy beach access were a great bonus!

Loved the condo and location

The condo was very nice and roomy. Everything was clean. Thank Loved the full size kitchen, although it only had three dinner knives, but was well equipped. Having the parking spaces covered was a big plus. The parking was directly under the condos so the car was always cool. I called about not being able to turn on the TVs and the problem was taken care of almost immediately. I was disappointed at not being able to put up my new Shimubi shade. I was told that tents or Shimubis weren’t allowed on the beach. A couple with two small children were asked to take down their small tent that sat on the ground to shade the children. It didn’t stand up half as tall as an umbrella, so I didn’t understand why they couldn’t have it. Other than that issue, everything was great. The beach was very convenient to get to and our view from the screened in porch was wonderful. I will come back for sure.
