Here is the breathtaking view from comfortably furnished surroundings. Bring your binoculars to spot dolphins from this beautiful seventh-floor balcony. Every day begins and ends with a limitless view of blue sky, golden sand and the delightful year 'round breeze from two sliding glass doors. The soft sand of Garden City beach is just a few steps out from the lobby.



The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath, two large closets, and a sliding door to the balcony with the great view and the pleasant breeze. The second bedroom has twin beds (with the option to convert to a king upon request - please email southmb@itrip.net to add this to your booking - $15 fee) and enjoys a nice view of the colorful rooftops of Garden City. The sofa in the living room is a queen size sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms have TV sets, closets and dressers to provide ample storage space. Comfortably furnished dining and living areas provide plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the relaxing sound of the ocean. This is the place to enjoy the ocean view with comfort and peaceful privacy.



The fully equipped recently updated kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, pots, and pans. Dishes, glassware, and tableware are on hand. There are two barbecue grills on the ground level for your use. The two new elevators from the lobby provide excellent handicapped access, minimal waiting. Linens are provided, beds will be made, some soap, paper towels, and trash bags will be on hand.



Garden City is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions and over 100 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are .7 of a mile south from Horizon East. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars, and shopping are a short drive (or a pleasant, longer walk) north. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining, and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's just a few minutes south.

I wish we were told ahead of time about the work being done on the stairway right outside our door. Between the noise, paint smell and cigarette smoke it was a little inconvenient. I understand the work has to be done, but a heads up would have been nice. The furniture could use some updating both inside and on the balcony. We bought a slip cover while we were down there so we could put something over the sofa because it was pretty dirty. The views were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location & access to the beach

The condo was as described. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Appreciated the washer and dryer to keep our linens clean. The guest room closet door would not open but we did not use it. The location was quite but close to many of the things we like to do. The best part was how easily accessible the beach was. We will be back.

Horizon East Room 702

Everything was perfect, very clean, the view of the beach is amazing, secure building and parking. Exactly as described in description! Felt like home away from home. Would refer anyone to rent this property we loved it!! Thanks Mandy for all your help, and Gary we can’t thank you enough for saving us from a tow due to us forgetting to put parking pass on rear view mirror.

Best views and lots to do!

We loved our stay at this property! You have a gorgeous view of the ocean and see dolphins, pelicans, and lots of other birds each day! The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. We explored the area from Charleston to Mrytle Beach and founds lots of good places to eat and things to do!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!

My family and I loved the condo. When we walked in the door we were it with just a fresh clean smell. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was picture perfect.

Best Beach for Quiet Getaway

If this unit was for sale I would not hesitate to buy it. Great view. Lots of space for two adults. You can fish right off the beach in front of the condo. Great Cafe a 10 Minute walk north along the beach. A terrific pier 10 minute walk south along the beach. The pier sells fishing supplies, beachwear, clothes, children's toys, light menu and full bar with live music until 11pm. This was my fifth holiday to Garden City and we just love it.

Wonderful property!

I don’t have a single bad thing to say! This was our first time in garden city and it is definitely more family friendly and quieter than the heart of myrtle… so a must in my book! The condo was SO nice and actually quite spacious for our family of 4. We couldn’t have asked for a better view! We also enjoyed a walk to the Garden City Pier every evening. This was also our first time renting an iTrip property, so I didn’t know what to expect but Mandy J with iTrip was top notch and extremely helpful and accommodating. A huge bonus to this property was the Explori discounts and with having little kids, we definitely took advantage of that perk several times. Highly recommended and would rent this property or another from iTrip again in a heartbeat if we ever find ourselves back in Garden City Beach.

Beautiful ocean view

The view was awesome on the private balcony. Plenty of space inside. Very clean. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen had everything he needed. Don't be surprised by the fireworks every night. They ended at a decent time. The maintenance man was awesome. He kept everything so clean. We will stay here again ❤️

Amazing view

Upon arrival, condo was not very clean. Dirt on floor, toilets had obviously not been cleaned and there was sand everywhere. Other than that, we loved the view and the location. The condo itself was nice, it just needs a deep cleaning and a sprucing up maybe, but for what you’re paying it’s good. You can’t beat that view!

Great condo with an amazing view!

Incredible view! Waking up with the ocean on that balcony was great. The condo was large and everything was great. Two notes, be aware that fireworks were going off almost every night directly outside the window (we loved it but could see that bothering some) and there are not too many restaurants within walking distance, but overall was a great stay

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful. Everything was perfect for what we needed for the week. The main bedrooms bed was a bit uncomfortable, but tolerable. We plan to book this same room for our vacation next year!

Nice condo with a beautiful view

The condo is nice. A few items showed wear and tear(screens on porch ripped), a few stains on the couch but overall is was a very nice condo. The view was amazing and right on the beach and close to items in Garden city and surrounding areas. This was not an issue for us as we came for the beach but the pool was very small if you are a person or family that likes a pool.

Overall pleased

I was not completely satisfied with the level of cleanliness, considering I paid a healthy cleaning fee. Though I didn’t feel it was necessary to complain while there, I do so now only in hopes of improvement. There was a large potato chip under a living room chair, easily seen, and I am certain the shower was not cleaned. All other aspects of my stay from reservation to check out were very, very good. The city needs to stop the nightly beach fireworks from vacationers, we could not sit on the sand or on our balconies after dark because we were struck by debris more than once, and it leaves trash on the beach and that’s not cool. I would stay in my room, 702, again though

Views from 7th floor

Beach location great. Close to great seafood. Two bests. Saw multiple loggerhead turtles which was exciting as they moved south and the red moon was new to me. Finally we went to Brookgreen Gardens three times. What a special place for beauty in nature, art, sculptures, and Gods creation including zoo, trees and Spanish moss!!
