"I was looking for something simple, remote, and with a fantastic view. This listing checks all the boxes. I was given gps location, so it was easy to find. I just sat and enjoyed the view. Emily was so easy to contact and made sure I knew of places to visit in area. My only regret is I had to cut stay short. Highly recommended. "My husbands family is from Oark. We love to go down for the weekend. It was our first time in a cabin cause it was gonna storm. Best desicion ever! I think this may be our go to place down here. It excedded our expectations! And the host is amazing. Great communication."

"Super clean, smelled good. Lots of room and just down the road from Wilderness Rider. Easy to get to and pull your rigs right up to the house with lots of room to turn around. We enjoyed the firepit and beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"This is a beautiful, historic property! Keith, the owner, has done a fantastic job of renovating an 1891 school house into an amazing vacation rental. "Great house for 5-6 people. Has everything you need for your stay: utensils, pans, grill, charcoal, etc. It was to warm to light the fire pit but it was a cozy setup. We took our dad for Father's Day to see the Elk. Every morning Elk were across the road, we could see them from the porch! Great stay❤️"

"There were wood roaches in the home and we slept in our vehicle both nights. The owner did spray the interior for bugs a few hours after I notified them, but we continued to see live roaches in the house and chose to sleep in our vehicle instead. Other than the roaches, the view from the front porch was amazing!"

"The mom of 2 college students took friends and family on a 4 night stay to kayak, canoe, and raft the Buffalo River and spend time together! 4 from Columbia, Ireland, Brazil, Chile, and 3 USA! 10 of us! So enjoyed the hot tub and being together. The surroundings were great being surrounded by nature! We added a night…the host was great! Miss it already!"

"It was a nice, secluded area. Sitting on the deck, I could hear the waterfall nearby. There was a hiking trail right from our back doorstep that was very convenient. My kids loved having their own space and bathroom. It was peace and tranquil. It was exactly as advertised."
