"The hotel is nice but is a little different! The layout is confusing but I would totally stay again. The 2 bedroom suite was worth it! The pool was clean and big also. We used the little arcade and that was fun but some things weren’t working the best. All in all we would stay again price wise, convince of two bedrooms when you have kids and location!"

"The food is excellent. Bev the concierge was very helpful with ideas for what to see and do! The only drawback was the water for the shower did not get very warm. Overall, great stay. We would stay there again!"

"Our room was very clean with the exception of several days worth of dead bugs on the balcony. (Lake facing, lots of bugs daily). Breakfast was as expected, chicken sausage patties for the meat choice, would have preferred a second pork selection. Great public decks, bar and lounge. Plenty of outdoor space for our dog. We would stay here again."

I requested a room change, but the staff told me they couldn't switch me from a king room to a queen room because I had booked through Expedia (a third-party site!). "Arrived at said reservation location, checked in, went to room and the Midge flies had infested the room. Most likely the maid had left the door open and forgot. There was a language barrier between the front desk clerk. Asked for another room; denied was told no rooms available yet one sat unused the whole night. "The staff was friendly and the room was quiet and clean. The air conditioning worked well. The shower pressure wasn't very good. We weren't fans of the religious themes throughout the hotel. The television options were terrible - many hotels are switching to Roku or Amazon TV systems so guests can stream via their own accounts; this would be a major improvement."
