Welcome, travellers! Experience the beauty of Xlendi, Gozo, in our seafront apartment, where stunning sea and hill views await you from the private terrace!

Our inviting apartment features a spacious living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for shared meals. With comfortable bedrooms accommodating up to 5 guests, it makes it ideal for families or groups!

Enjoy fresh air from the back balcony and modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi & air conditioning in main rooms.

Welcome to Our Charming apartment nestled in the heart of the picturesque town of Xlendi in Gozo!

The apartment is very close to all necessary amenities including restaurants, cafeterias, sea spots & easy access to public transport.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking. Kindly note that the single bedroom DOES NOT include an ac but it features a fan.

Bedrooms | This apartment offers 3 well-appointed bedrooms: 2 with double beds and one with a single bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests.

Bathrooms | There are 2 shower bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite for added convenience, while the other is easily accessible from the living area.

Back Balcony | The back balcony offers a refreshing breeze and a quiet spot to relax, adding to the overall charm and comfort of the apartment.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

Laundry| The apartment includes a washing machine, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more comfort.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment including the terrace, balcony and laundry facilities.

We suggest you take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront promenade, where you'll find charming cafes and restaurants serving up delicious local dishes.

If you're up for some adventure, the nearby hiking trails offer stunning views of the coastline that you won’t want to miss.

With its friendly community and laid-back vibe, Xlendi strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal getaway destination.

Getting around Xlendi is a breeze! Explore the village on foot or hop on a bus to discover the rest of Gozo.

For convenience, taxis can be booked via popular apps like eCabs, Bolt, or Uber.

Rent a car nearby to explore at your own pace, making the most of your time in this beautiful island paradise! Parking is free around Xlendi but you may have to park a bit further from the apartment. (Make sure it's a white box car space).

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
