"Die Unterkunft war okay, aber insgesamt eher durchwachsen. Die Bezeichnung 'Ferienwohnung' war etwas großzügig gewählt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, und die Möbel wirkten stark abgenutzt und provisorisch. Hinzu kommt eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon – wer länger als bis 8 Uhr schlafen möchte, wird es schwer haben. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Durch die zentrale Lage war man aber schnell am Strand, Bahnhof etc."

"Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, Wäschepaket super Qualität und Wertschätzung Aufmerksamkeiten, wie 2 Berliner vor der Tür zu Sylvester, Gutschein für Kaffee und Kuchen. Darüber hinaus sehr professioneller Gesamtkontakt. Was uns fehlte war lediglich ein Arbeitsschneidebrettchen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau . Da ohne Patkplarz, ist in der Hochsaison mit eigenem Fahrzeu sicher gelegentlich Parkplatzsuchen nötig. Trotzdem gerne wieder... Herzliche Grüße Familie Fink"

"Gute Unterkunft in bester Lage. Grundsätzlich war es sehr sauber. Die Teppichfliesen im Schlafzimmer sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und ich habe ihnen nicht vertraut. Leider ist die Heizung (Nachtspeicher) schwer zu bändigen und eigentlich durchgängig an gewesen - in der kühlen Jahreszeit blöd. Das Bett (nicht das Schrankbett) war höchstens ok. Aber die Lage ist top."

Die Kritikpunkte: • Möblierung — Die Couch und der Sessel bestehen aus kaltem Leder und sind leider sehr unbequem. Für längeres Sitzen absolut ungeeignet. Das Bett war dagegen überraschend weich, sodass man kaum stabil liegt. Für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen ist diese Kombination eher ungünstig. • Kein Aufzug — Das Haus verfügt über keinen Fahrstuhl....
