Located downtown close to all the local attractions this newly remodeled apartment comes complete with two bedrooms, full bath, open concept kitchen and living space, wifi, and cable tv. This unit also features an outside balcony with a grill and some seating. This apartment is perfect for short or long stays, whether you are passing through on vacation, or coming up for work and looking for furnished housing. Please note that the heat is controlled by unit #2. Pet friendly for dogs up to 30lbs, 2 dog limit and there is a $53/pet fee plus a one time $30 cleaning charge.
Located on the 2nd Floor, the stairwell includes 21 steps to access the units. Larger groups can rent more than one unit in the building if needed, there is a total of 4. Call us for more information.
