Especially nice apartment - Dachau train station, about 25 minutes to the city center of Munich

This apartment is very nice and completely renovated. -It is on the 1st floor right.

The living room has a large dining table, a sofa bed (140x200) and a sofa. There is a large balcony.

The apartment has 2 1/2 bedrooms, in one is a double bed (180x200) and a sofa bed, in one is a double bed (180x200) and in the small room a sofa bed. If necessary, an extra bed or cot can be set up.

The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, dishes).

This apartment is really the best of the best. It has just been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture. The apartment is very large (88sqm) with a nice balcony.

The beautiful apartment also has a split air conditioner inverter !!

Although only 2 minutes walk from the train station, the apartment is totally quiet and is accessed through a beautiful courtyard.

From the station Dachau one is in about 20-25 minutes in the city center of Munich. The S-Bahn trains and trains go to the main pages every 5 to 10 minutes, otherwise every 15 to 20 minutes.

The apartment is located on Bahnhofstr. 15a, 85221 Dachau, next to many restaurants, shops, shopping, etc.

A parking space is available.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, four ceramic hot plates, dishes, pots, cutlery, microwave, several coffee machines, a toaster, salt, pepper, etc.

In the bathroom there is a shower-bath combi and a Miele washing machine. Downstairs in the basement there is also a dryer.

Bed covers, bath and hand towels, a dish cloth, are always clean here!

The television is from Telekom (Magenta) and has many channels.

Wi-Fi is also very fast.

Everything, incl. Bed linen, final cleaning, etc. are included in the price!

You can arrive at any time. We have a key lock for this.

My wife and I live about 15 minutes from the apartment and are always available.

Edeka shopping, a pharmacy, restaurants, banks, clothes shops, etc. are right next to it or just around the corner.

Dachau is a beautiful city with many sights and attractions. It has a castle and several castle gardens, old churches, etc. Also very well known is the concentration camp from the 2. World War.

Every day, many people come from all over the world to understand the awfulness of the Hitler era, to prevent something like that ever happening again.

The S-Bahn trains and the trains are within a few minutes walk. There is also the main bus station of Dachau. Every 5 to 10 minutes the trains (S-Bahn) travel to Munich. It takes 20 to 25 minutes to reach the main station or Marienplatz.

Easy, tidy, well situated

We had a great stay. It was great to walk around town and grab a quick bite after a long travel/ touring day. Super close to trains, busses, groceries, and the essentials (Doner & ice cream).

Wir - 5 internationale Erwachsene im Rentenalter - und der Freude Städte gemeinsam zu erleben - haben uns sehr über die helle, gepflegte Wohnung gefreut.Der Eigentümer hat schnell und sehr flexibel auf unsere Wünsche bzgl. der Unterkunft reagiert. Wie im Internet versprochen - sehr gute Zugverbindung ins Zentrum von München, kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof, gute Mögllchkeiten zum Einkaufen rund um die Wohnung.Wir waren jeden Abend froh der Großstadt zu "entfliehen"- der Balkon der Wohnung wurde von uns gerne genutzt (bei einem Aperitif kommt man besonders gut zur Ruhe :-)

Sehr gute Wohnung zur Erkundung von München und Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe (<500m) des Bahnhofs in Dachau gelegen. Per S-Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten in der Münchener Innenstadt.

Great spot near Munich

When we arrived the key was not in the lock box but Rodger was great and got us into our apartment. The apartment was very clean and all 6 of our family fitted in. Rodger and his wife were very helpful with the laundry and were great hosts.

Great Place to Stay when visiting the Munich area

We needed an apartment that was a bit larger for 5 adults and this fit the bill perfectly. Very spacious with a full sized kitchen and we appreciated the beverages and candy that were left for us. Literally a quick 10 minute train ride to Munich. Just take a right and walk a short two blocks to the train station/bus depot. We didn't discover the upper historic town until the end of our trip but definitely make time to go up there. The area near the apartment had a great market across the street and grocery just a block up on the Main Street. The washer/dryer room was convenient in the basement but a little daunting since most of the controls have German language directions and my clothes got locked in the washer but we worked it out. I believe some of the other apartments have washers in the unit as well. I would suggest maybe leaving some information about the local area and maybe a town map for guest. Rodger and Lynn were very responsive to any needs and their son met us at check in and was super nice. Since we got in that morning before check in they had a secure luggage room where we were able to store our things before having lunch. We would definitely stay here again.

Saubere, schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Wohnung war ordentlich. Super Lage, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell in München. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gerne wieder

Unsaubere Ferienwohnung

Wir haben Ende August die Ferienwohnung bezogen. Sie war modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch nur oberflächlich gereinigt. In der Spülmaschine befand sich schmutziges Geschirr, im Abfalleimer Abfall und die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt. Auf den Glasregalen im Wohnzimmerschrank lag eine weiße Staubschicht und der Badezimmerschrank mußte erst von uns gereinigt werden um benutzbar zu sein. Vor einem Jahr hatten wir die Wohnung für 4 Personen gebucht und 6 Wochen vor Anreise stellte sich heraus ,dass 1 Person nicht mitreisen konnte. Wir haben H. Dusatko sofort informiert und er antwortete uns, dass wir einen Preisnachlass zurück bekommen würden. Dieses Geld haben wir noch nicht bekommen..

Convient location

The apartment is just a 5 min walk to the central train and bus station. Easy to catch a train into Munich for a day of sight seeing or the bus to the camp memorial. There is a good market close by. The apartment has everything you need. Rodger and Lynn are very welcoming and responsive to messages. Americans should note the 1st floor feels like the 2nd to us because business are on the ground level so when looking for the apartment go up another flight of stirs and look for the marked door. The main street out front can be a bit noisy at night if you have the windows open.

Great Dachau Apartment

The apartment is huge, clean and well equipped. There were lots of shops and restaurants within very easy walking distance. The train to Munich is two blocks away. The hosts are delightful and extremely helpful. Do not hesitate to book.

Super Wohnung zum übernachten unweit vom Bahnhof um in die Innenstadt Münchens zu gelangen

Gute Lage um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Einige Möglichkeiten um Essen zu gehen sind auch dort. Die Wohnung ist schön und bietet Platz für mindestens 6 Leute. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett.

Schöne Zeit in Dachau

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen, viel Platz und modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Bei einer Nachfrage wurde umgehend und sehr freundlich reagiert. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war optimal. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder. Familie Tischer aus Erfurt und Berlin

Schöne sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung

Sehr schöne und neu renovierte Wohnung. Lediglich das Bad könnte noch einen kleinen Schliff gebrauchen, war jedoch alles sehr sauber. Bahnhof, Bäcker, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis zur Altstadt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Jederzeit wieder.

Gute Lage und nett eingerichet

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ausreichend Platz, bequeme Betten und eine super Lage! Vermisst haben wir eine Teekanne und eine gewöhnliche Kaffemaschine. Leider fanden wir eine volle, etwas unangenehm riechende Restmülltüte unter der Spüle vor und Küchen- und Wohnzimmertisch waren nicht ganz sauber, ebenso war der Toilettenbürstenhalter extrem verdreckt. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden Ihr Aparrtment jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße M.Kreutzer

Nice place near a train stop

The apartment was very nice and Roger was a great host. It's a bit outside of Munich, it's a 25 minute train ride in, but the train stop is very close to the apartment. We had a wonderful stay.
