  • Extraordinario y exclusivo apartamento amueblado de 3 habitaciones en casa independiente.

    Recientemente modificado en 2013 por el diseñador de interiores.
    Altura del techo hasta 290 cm.

    Salón abierto y soleado con cocina (con combinación de nevera y congelador, lavavajillas, placa de vitrocerámica, horno) y un cómodo comedor.

    El primer dormitorio tiene una cama doble, un área de lectura integrada con un sofá. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales o cama king size.
    Añadir. Cómoda cama lateral disponible bajo petición.

    Hay pisos de parquet (roble) en el dormitorio, sala y comedor.

    Los 2 baños cuentan con equipamiento de primera calidad y una bañera y una ducha de vidrio.

    Propia lavadora y secadora está disponible.

A beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood featuring plenty of local food options and grocery stores nearby. Close enough to walk to the city center or along the river, but also plenty of other transportation options. The apartment had everything we needed to cook our own food and handle some mid trip laundry. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Munich area.

The entire apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and not too far from the many beautiful places Munich has to offer. Tanja, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She met us at the apartment when we first arrived explaining everything we needed to know about the apartment and transportation. It was truly a wonderful experience. I definitely would come back to this apartment again.

It was a shorter stay for Oktoberfest but it was a good time! Very clean house and tons of space for people to crash. Really good location and about a 25 minute walk to Oktoberfest.

The apartment was spotless - I have never stayed in such a clean place. The spiral staircase can be difficult if you have balance or walking problems. I have neuropathy, but was able to manage. I just took the stairs slowly and carefully. Be careful with the house and patio locks. It is possible to lock yourself out. We loved the place and especially the bakery across the street.

Incredible stay in Munich!

Our family had the most wonderful time during our four days in Munich. The home was beautiful and perfectly located in a neighborhood near the river, with walking & bike paths, as well as a bakery, several cafés, and a Greek restaurant where we enjoyed the most lovely meal outside at sunset one night. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

First time in Munich

Great host, great apartment, great location with excellent public transportation nearby. This is a neighborhood with all the amenities you could need. Highly recommend.

This property is a lovely and clean little hideaway in a quiet neighborhood in Munich. It is a two level unit with a spiral stairway. Bathrooms on both levels. The lower level has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower. seating/entertainment area, open wardrobe space, and washer/dryer with a folding clothing rack. The lower level is cooler and very comfortable in warmer temperatures. The upper level has the kitchen, a 6-seat table, bathroom with a bathtub/hand shower, an entertainment area, and access to a small outdoor seating area. Munich is a very walkable city - it's about a 30 minute walk to Marienplatz from this location. The neighborhood is family friendly, with two bakeries nearby, an apothecary for medicine, and a full Lidl grocery store a short distance from the unit. Very bike friendly area and close to the river and multiple walking paths. Great restaurants, including a vegan Vietnamese restaurant, a lovely Japanese restaurant, and an amazing Bavarian food restaurant (Hand aufs Herz) with lovely staff. I hope to book this property again on a return visit to Munich.

Spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped apartment made for a perfect stay in Munich. We traveled specifically for the holiday markets and wanted a space where we’d be comfortable spending Christmas since it was our kids’ (15 year old and 12 year old) first time spending the holiday away from home. This apartment was perfect! Everything we needed was readily available including an easy to use washer / dryer and a very well equipped kitchen for preparing our Christmas dinner. The neighborhood is also lovely- plenty of restaurants and grocery store within close walking distance. We picked up our rental car the night before we left and easily found parking nearby. Tanja was very helpful in getting us situated so we felt confident in finding what we needed during our stay.

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants and cafes close by. It’s very close to buses that can quickly and easily take you anywhere in the city. Management was very thorough with checkin and very responsive. Well organized.

Perfect!

The apartment was so modern, clean and well appointed. The check in was fantastic with Tommy so friendly and helpful. The location…worked great for us with 2 bus stops, a grocery store, a bakery with great cappuccino and baked goods, and many restaurants so close by. We really lucked out with this stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot

We loved our stay. Everything we needed seemed to be right around the corner. Easy pickups by taxi. We never had a problem getting around. It’s also one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented!!!

Great location, exactly as listed

Very modern with great access to transportation. We didn’t prefer the beds being downstairs, but this is very clear in the listing. Coffee pods and laundry detergent included, very nice. The patio is a great bonus.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location.

Check-in was seamless. Apartment very well appointed. Bakery is literally across the street and supermarket just a few blocks away. Parking pass for free parking in neighborhood provided, so if you have a car, you will be well served (we did not find any issue with finding a spot nearby on the street nearby). Access to downtown center easy via public transport (bus). We very much enjoyed this property and would recommend it.

Beautiful in Munich

A spotless very stylish rental property in a classic middle class Munich neighborhood. Surrounded by cafe's and small retail stores.....including an amazing bakery across the street and one of the best sushi places I've ever eaten at 20 yards away (!!!!). This is key.......the location comes with an available parking spot and a parking permit. Anyone familiar with renting a car while staying in a European city center knows how really useful those are. Easy access to major freeway on ramps as well.

Great neighborhood, great apartment

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners came around and planted an outdoor garden while we were there; very pleasant and friendly people. We particularly liked the fact that there were great restaurants just down the street. The Greek place across the street was great, the coffee shop right outside our door had fabulous pastries, the tapas place down the road had sone of the best Asian tapas we had anywhere. Not to mention the great German beer. There were two bus stops within a block or two of the house. Altogether a great location. And Munich is terrific!

Beautifully done and great location

You can tell that every detail was considered for Tanja’s home - from the beautiful decor to the fluffy towels. We were super comfortable and actually liked having the bedrooms downstairs, felt cozy. Also, having easy access to a washer and dryer was great. The location is a 10 or so minute walk to the metro and about 3 stops from there to Marienplatz. Once we figured out the metro, we went from market to market - super easy. As a bonus, there is a bakery steps from the home. Highly recommend this retreat in central Munich!

We stayed here for 4 days as a group of 5 friends visiting Munich for Oktoberfest, and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water for everyone — a big plus with a larger group. The washer and dryer came in hand tooThe location couldn’t have been better: walking distance to the Oktoberfest (20 min) and surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. City center is about 25 minutes away. Our host was fantastic — very welcoming and helpful, even meeting us personally to get us settled in. That personal touch made the stay feel extra smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much for the coffee as I forgot my Nespresso pods. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Munich, whether for Oktoberfest or just to experience the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay. Tanja is an excellent host - So easy to communicate with! The apartment was spotless. The location is great. The beds were comfy. The wi-fi was strong. The cafe next door was fantastic! Just two heads up. First, the bedrooms are down the spiral staircase, so if stairs are a challenge, take this into consideration. Also there is no door on one of the bedrooms, but rather a curtain. This was fine for us, but may be uncomfortable for some.

Quiet flat with a very cool Vibe

We were met immediately, by friendly host who quickly showed us everything we needed to know. There are 2 basement bedrooms which are very quiet, perfect for sleeping. The 2 full bathrooms are fresh, bright and modern. The kitchen is great with a large grocery store about 10 minutes walk. Laundry washer and drier were super. There are several nearby establishments, recommended by our host - cafes, bars, and restaurants. 25 minute walk to main train station and 30 minute walk to the main historic district. Highly recommend!!
