"Stayed here numerous times as I visit at least twice a year for the last 6 or so years, never had a problem until this time. TV channels didn’t work, they came to fix twice and still only got BBC 1 and 2, so not good. Cleaners turned up to room at 5.30pm so wouldn’t clean, I said could you come tomorrow ..."

"I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. ..."
