"The room is like a light house keeping room. The rates were reasonable. We had to catch an early plane and the two hotels near the airport were ridiculously expensive. We took the number one from Crossroads and were at the airport in 15 minutes. If you are dropping off a rental, this is the hotel to stay in."

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and isn't that what matters most? The staff at the restaurant were the real stars: friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Shoutout to Heather!"

"As close to right downtown as can be at this price point. Understood what I was getting into with shared bathrooms, hearing other guests absolutely destroying the toilet while I'm taking a shower, not surprised the laundry card machine and multiple vending machines ate my change; it's whatever, I've stayed in student housing before and have had a great time. This time, however, was completely derailed by finding a bed bug directly before bed halfway through the trip.

"The Jag Hotel is unique. We have travelled to many places, but never experienced a hotel like this one. There is music everywhere- in the elevators, the hallways, the restaurants and bars. The unusual furniture and pictures of musicians are amazing! So colourful!!

"Parking for handicap people has only 2 spots. Need all the front of the building. Extra parking around the ack but not paved.The toilet in the room should be secured to the floor. The room’s windows, on the outside, were covered with bird poop. Only had a one night stay this occasion and the staff were very polite and stated they they would make the repairs as reported.
