"Wir haben uns bei Sonja und ihrer Familie vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Was unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat, war vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, die man hier wirklich erlebt.Sonja ist unfassbar freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem sehr kinderlieb. Bei Fragen, Problemen oder Ausflugstipps kümmert sie sich sofort und gibt einem das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Besonders schön fanden wir dieses Gefühl von „Mein ist dein“. "Wir haben uns in der großen, gut eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es werden genügend Handtücher und Geschirrtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Fahrräder (E-Bikes) kann man im Schuppen unterstellen und bei Bedarf auch direkt dort aufladen.Viele Radtoure sind direkt von Berndorf aus möglich. Die Nähe zu Salzburg ermöglicht problemlose Ausflüge in diese schöne Stadt."

"Good location and nice interior design, but missed the lack of in person support/a reception. Would be very inconvenient to stay here without a mobile phone - if you forgot to write the code down, and your phone battery died, you wouldn’t be able to access your room.
Simple requests and questions via the app work well, but a request for a missing Salzburg guest mobility card took over 24 hours to rectify (and was too late to be used).
The free lockers were good, but need maintenance."

"The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety."
