  • Palm Grove 1 is a lovely peaceful, bright and spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa, with a large private pool, enclosed in a secluded lush tropical garden within the safe and established neighborhood of Mullins. This is the perfect spot if you are a first time visitor to Barbados or a long time repeat - anyone looking to enjoy Barbados fully will love this spot. The villa is on a quiet residential road, within easy walking distance of 2 glorious beaches - Gibbs and Mullins, and numerous bars/restaurants while only 5 mins from Speightstown and 10 mins from Holetown.

    Set on 1/2 an acre with lush tropical palms surrounding the property - you've got lots of space and privacy to fully detach and unwind. This is a great villa for a large family or a group of friends. The pool deck is sure to be a hit - with a large pool and lots of sun loungers and couches to relax, tan or just chat. The covered verandah has even more lounge areas including a large dining table - perfect for whenever you want to sit down with everyone (we highly recommend trying some local macaroni pie!)

    All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and also have doors opening straight onto the verandah and pool deck. Lovely high vaulted ceilings make the bedrooms feel light and airy. The living room has two comfy couches, a TV, lots of books and even an office space (should you need to connect during your holiday). Should you need even more space, this villa can also be rented as a four or five bedroom - just ask us for a quote!     *Please note the house behind Palm Grove is undergoing works. Also, while the bedrooms all have air-conditioning, the living areas do not - but are kept cool by ceiling fans.

Palm Grove was incredible. The house was immaculate and the gardens and pool really made the holiday for us. Really enjoyed spending time at the villa and watching monkey's in the mango trees. Garden, house and pool were well maintained. Highly recommend the villa and BSL rentals. Look forward to returning some day.

Exceptional home

This home really is outstanding in comfort and has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing holiday. The beds were incredibly comfortable with high quality bedding which was lovely. We loved how each bedroom had a door out to the covered patio. This shaded area was invaluable for us as we were travelling with a six Month old. This also allowed for him to nap inside but with us on hand by the pool. The pool was stunning and a great size. The baby particularly loved bobbing about in there multiple times a day. The location of the home was also fabulous, Five mins walk to beach and two great restaurants for food or just drinks. We also had a wonderful lady who came to clean four times during our visit. Pool guy and gardener both kept everything tip top Others mentioned the monkeys, we were expecting to see maybe a couple but there were possibly 10+ morning and evening cutting through the large garden, stopping for snacks off the trees! They really didn't mind us at all I'd say book, you won't regret it We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend

Beautiful property literally 5 minutes from Mullins Bay. The outside space really couldn't be better - the pool, outside living space, garden, visiting monkeys and even the friendly gardener made this a really special stay! Would recommend hiring a car as you only have a couple of dining options within walking distance and taxis to Holetown / Speightstown can add up (plus there are so many amazing beaches on the island to explore!) The bedrooms all have super comfortable beds and air conditioning and the kitchen has everything you need but the outside space really is the standout here!

Number 1 Palm Grove !…what a great place for a family! There were six of us and we had plenty of space . The pool was beautiful to come back to and kept really clean,and the garden was immaculate. The bathrooms were modern ..and everything worked properly!…with white fluffy towels..and face flannels ! We like to go for picnics ..and there were 2 cool boxes !..10/10 from me ! In fact ..there's nothing we didn't like !❤️
