From early check-in at 13h instead of 15h without extra cost, to calling the taxi company to make sure that the taxi that picked us up had octopus payment available. Also the small touches like when you walk in after a day in town a staff member will walk to the elevators to press the button already before you get there, that way the wait time is less. The location of the hotel is also good being in central and so close to the famous Lin Huang...

"Great stay overall. The location was excellent—close to Hong Kong Station, Central, and convenient for visiting The Peak. Having one apartment per floor made it quiet, private, and spacious, with lovely views from the room and rooftop bar. However, while generally clean, there were some minor issues like sofa stains and a bit of mold in the shower. Given this, it was a good stay, but still feel it was a little overpriced. "You can’t expect too much for the price that you pay. The room was really small. Couldn’t even open my luggage there. The bathroom was also really small and the sink leaked. The smell in the bathroom was also questionable. They do have an elevator in the building which was helpful. There was an AC but didn’t cool much leaving the room with a stuffy air.
