"Convenient location not too far from the ferries, shopping, bus stops, and MRT. Per Hong Kong law, they cannot provide specific amenities, but there was a healthy supply of toothbrushes, combs, slippers, and toothpaste. Staff was helpful and spoke English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The lobby and rest of the building was nice and cool, and the lobby provides hot and cold water for refills, as well as free coffee. They will also store your luggage before and a little after checking in and out....

"The hotel is very very old and the odor of humidity was impossible to tolerate/ they have dehumidifier in every room but the humidity and smell don’t go away. The rooms are also very small and the area is very noisy and hard to move around."

"We got a very nice and newly renovated room. The hotel and the staff was outstanding. I never knew service could be this good at a hotel. The room was cleaned well, and they even included a extra dehumidifier to keep the humidity low, in case you don't want your room too cold from running the AC. The front desk staff and the spa staff were all wonderful. They were genuinely helpful and looked for ways to help before you asked. The breakfast was also excellent. One of the best hotels I've stayed."

"Let’s start by saying what you see in pictures is not what you get! Yes rooms are small but I expect that in Asian hotels. What was a bad was. The bed is a harder than a rock! The room smelled so bad! For a towel you get a packed car drying towel you buy at a car wash place! Thin chip and rips! Next mold in shower! Stains on walls."

"Great location and very friendly staff. The room was a great size, but could have been cleaned a little better (stains around sink, fake eye lashes stuck to wall next to coffee station). Missing chargers on second side of bed, and bed was extra firm which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The blankout curtains were fantastic, and AC strong and quiet. Overall I would recommend depending on the nightly rate. Gym and facilities missing clean towels for use, paper only."
