Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei, comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The good things about this hotel were that it was cheap and in a good location. The bad things were basically everything else. Here’s a list:
1. They don’t lend power adapters; they make you buy a new one from them.
2. They don’t provide real cloth towels. Only paper towels in a little package in the bathroom.
3. No shampoo in the bathroom. Only one container of soap.
4. There’s a rule listed inside that room that says “Don’t turn the air conditioner off. Leave it between 20-25 degrees.” Despite following this rule, my room was constantly damp from humidity, to the point that my dirty, sweaty clothes never dried and my clean clothes felt wet. Disgusting.
5. The wifi for my room stopped working after the first day, and when I told the staff about my problem, they just said “try turning your phone off and on again.” This didn’t work, and it wasn’t a problem with my devices because the lobby wifi still worked for me.
Overall this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Please pick any hotel in Hong Kong besides this one.
