  • Hermosa herencia, construida en piedra y decorada de lujo. Villa HEAVEN No. 2 se ubica en el pueblo Muć Donji, cerca de Split, en un bello entorno forestal. La villa tiene 240m2, con cocina totalmente equipada, 5 dormitorios, 3 baños, 2 salas de estar (75m2 + 20m2) y balcón. La parcela tiene 3000 m2, con una gran piscina climatizada (10. 5m x 4. 5m). Nadar en +25 grados Celsius de temperatura del agua calentada es posible desde principios de abril hasta finales de octubre. Cuenta con una gran terraza para tomar el sol junto a la piscina, terreno deportivo, parque infantil y un hermoso jardín con muchos árboles y flores. El lugar está a las afueras de un pueblo, la mente y el cuerpo se relajan con mucha privacidad para nuestros huéspedes. Más de 65 km de magníficas rutas de bicicleta de montaña / quad atv comienza justo en frente de Villa. El lugar está a solo 30 minutos en coche de Split y la playa local. Ofrecemos nuestra comida local y la vid para nuestros huéspedes.
    Villa de lujo Heaven No. 2 tiene 3 pisos. La planta baja tiene una sala de estar grande de 75 m2 (piedra dálmata / madera construida "konoba") con un interior de lujo, una gran mesa de billar, asientos de lujo, un televisor plano grande y un sistema de audio más una mesa para comer. Ofrece un excelente lugar para diversión y fiesta durante todo el día / noche para los huéspedes. Hay un baño también en esta planta. Villa ha sido completamente renovado en 2018. En 1er. En el piso hay: cocina nueva totalmente equipada, 2 dormitorios, baño y sala de estar. Tiene una chimenea para el período de invierno y aire acondicionado para el período de verano. El balcón grande (30 m2) en esta planta ofrece un conjunto de asientos en el exterior y una gran mesa de cocina para que los huéspedes puedan almorzar en un espacio abierto o simplemente para disfrutar de la vista de la piscina y el entorno de la casa.
    En el segundo piso hay 3 dormitorios grandes con una hermosa vista de la piscina y cerca del área forestal. Hay un baño grande también en este piso.
    Villa ofrece todo lo que los huéspedes necesitan para unas vacaciones agradables, relajadas y muy privadas en un entorno de bosque de Dalmacia central. La propiedad tiene 3000 m2 con un jardín de flores, frutas y flores mediterráneas, un pequeño viñedo y un parque infantil. Todas las grandes ciudades de la región (Split, Šibenik, Kastela, Omiš, Trogir ...) se encuentran en un trayecto de 30 a 60 minutos, por lo que los huéspedes pueden verlas todas durante el día y aún tienen su propio lugar privado de lujo para relajarse con la familia. y amigos en la piscina grande o en nuestro "konoba".

Just perfect

Ivan, the owner, is exceptionally kind, and his welcome, guidance and advice throughout our stay were perfect. The villa has everything you need for an excellent trip to Croatia. We were 10 people and we highly recommend staying here!

Heaven for activities & fun

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious villa surrounded by nature. We took advantage of the many fun activities to do at the villa and within a short drive (hiking, rafting, ATVs, sightseeing, etc). The villa was clean and well-equipped and the host was fantastic, ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful house with everything you need to have a good time. Our host Ivan is super friendly and always helpful. To keep it short and simple: We can absolutely recommend the Villa and would always come back!

Wonderful holiday home with pool, tennis court and media room.

It is a very pleasant holiday rental with Ivan as an amazing host. Very helpful en flexible. Do male sure to read the room descriptions: the second living room is the fifth bedroom.

Fabulous property and location!

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday, a variety of age ranges in our group from 65 down 10 years old. We all loved our stay, and the property was amazing and well furnished with everything you could need. Topped off by the beautiful location which was breathtaking. Ivan was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful. We will be back!

Excellent Villa and Brilliant Host

This is a beautiful remote villa surrounded by nature and wildlife. It has everything you could want - relaxation by the pool and activity with the games room and outside sports area. It is furnished to a very high standard. The villa is extremely clean. Ivan is an incredible host and on arrival gave us an amazing prosciutto and cheese meal, plus throughout the stay provided lots of advice on days out. Don’t wait, book this villa now!

Great from start to finish. We were a 3 generation family of 10. The property had everything, including karaoke lounge bar and games room. Ivan was a great host and helped us book boat trip, rafting and zip line, as well as advice for parking in Split, he was always available on WhatsApp. As well as Split, Trogir is a must, Sibenik and Omis and Krka NP are lovely. Thanks Ivan.

From booking to arrival, the host - Ivan, was as helpful as we could have wished. He helped us organise cars, excursions, meals out. Nothing was too much trouble. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, surroundings are stunning and it's a holiday we will never forget. 10/10 on every count... thank you

Härlig vistelse med familjen

Vi hyrde huset i tre veckor. Jag och min fru samt våra tre vuxna barn med familjer. Huset passade alla åldrarna då det fanns massor av möjligheter till olika aktiviteter på tomten och inomhus. Vi njöt av den vackra utsikten och behövde inte tänka på att vi störde någon, då huset ligger väldigt privat. Ivan tog väl hand om oss och gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en fin semester.

Schöne Ferienvilla mit großzügigem Grundstück

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 10 Personen und Hund. Das Haus ist sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet. Das ganze Ambiente und die Einrichtung lassen schon beim ersten Betreten Urlaubstimmung aufkommen. Das sehr große und eingezäunte Grundstück bietet nicht nur viel Platz sondern auch zahlreiche Freizeitbeschäftigungen wie großer Pool, Tennisplatz, Volleyball, Federball, Fußball, Minigolf. Im Haus zudem ein Billiardtisch, Dartscheibe, Bar. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, abgelegen in der Natur, direkt an einem sehr großem Wald mit zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten und einigen felsigen Bergkuppen, die zum einfachen Klettern einladen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und bestrebt den Gästen den besten und angenehmsten Aufenthalt zu bieten. Absolut Empfehlenswert!!!

Incredibly hospitable and gorgeous remote villa outside Split

I stayed here for a few nights with 6 other boys. The property itself is fantastic. It's recently been renovated yet displays historic character. You have all the toys you could ever need as well as an outdoor wood burning oven, swimming pool, badminton court, snooker / pool, darts, table tennis and more... so there's plenty to do and grappa onsite to put you to sleep... It's also quiet and cool up in the mountains meaning sleeping is comfortable and the rooms like everywhere else are well furnished. The views out of the villa are lovely and you definitely feel remote. Time into Split is 30 - 40 mins with a taxi. Uber doesn't work from the villa but Ivan the host will sort you out. He's probably the most helpful host I've ever had and knows enough people in Split and the surrounds to get stuff done for you. Travel, excursions, restaurants, even food shopping! and his mother even prepared a meal for us on arrival. Incredible. Aside from proximity from Split (be weary of the costs of getting back after a night out, and again Ivan can help), the only downsides were a couple of power cuts and the house flies. No mozzies though. Otherwise, I couldn't have wished for a better stay and thank Ivan for his tremendous hospitality.

Tolles Haus das viel Abwechslung bietet

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Personen und hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus. Es bietet sehr viel Abwechslung und ist ruhig gelegen. Der Inhaber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Amazing

With Ivan we had a wonderful stay, the property was spacious and the host was extremely helpful with taxis and if there were any issues with the property. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Ivan with birthday decorations and a charcuterie. The whole stay was extremely pleasant and definitely would visit again! Could not fault!!

Es war alles total super. Die Villa ist sauber, und von der Ausstattung her überdurchschnittlich! Der Gastgeber hat uns im Vorfeld schon mit reichlichen Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung versorgt und war auch vor Ort als ständiger Ansprechpartner zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic place near Split

We booked this villa for a long weekend trip in April with 9 adults and had an amazing time. The villa is approx. 30min away from the Split city centre but you can also enjoy the time without travelling to the city all day. There are plenty of actitivies which you can do directly at the villa such as billiard, darts, soccer, basketball, swimming, relaxing at the pool, mountainbiking, mini golf, archery, karaoke, etc. This was a lot of fun for a bigger group. The location itself has all the required equipment and a very nice interior. Ivan was a great host and the communication with him was easy and uncomplicated. Besides that, we had some nice cold welcoming snacks and some local drinks from the house bar for free. To sum up: This place was the perfect spot for our vacation.

very nice furnished villa outside from Split

We had booked this property for 9 nights to spend a nice undisturbed time with friends. And what should I say.... IT WAS AMAZING! There were no neighbors which you can disturb with music and other noises und you had everything to do party at night. You have in the basement a huge stereo bass system therefore. The next day you could have a nice relaxing time at the pool. :) You can buy groceries directly in Muc either with the bike or the car and you have a big kitchen to cook food for more then 10 persons. Ivan is a very nice, helpful and accommodating host. He prepared a welcome cold meal on the day of arrival and showed us the entire property with all important informations. When we had questions he answered very quickly. We really enjoyed the time there and will definitely come back for our next vacation.

It would be hard to say all the nice things I want to say about this property and the hosts. Suffice it to say that you will not be disappointed. The home is perfect, the location is perfect and the hosts are perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer and we are truly hoping we can return one day.

A Fantastic property!

Anita and Ivan (the hosts) are so attentive and welcoming. They responded to every question we asked super fast and gave us lots of great recommendations that made our trip to Croatia outstanding. The villa itself is amazing. 9 of us stayed there and we had plenty of room. There are multiple eating areas and the whole villa is extremely well equipped with smart TVs and Bluetooth speakers. The pool and garden are fantastic. Tranquil and perfectly secluded. We have stayed in a number of Villas and this was by far the best. Thank you so much.

Brilliant location for a family holiday

We had a wonderfull stay in this very spacious house, in the rural area outside of Split, for a family retreat in April with a party of 11 and 2 dogs... The surroundings were marvelous, where only the birds and an occasional sheep with its sheppard gives some 'disturbance'. The house was spotless clean, very well and nice equipped and with a heated pool even in April we were able to take a swim. The owner (Ivan) responded promptly to any of our questions and made several suggestions for a tourist day out in the Dalmation area. The hospitality of our host was fantastic, with a welcoming dish and recreational advise. We would highly recommend this property and the surround area of this great country. Helmus and Angela Brons
