5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach in a quiet and peaceful neigborhood, big private garden, shops, supermarkets and town 10 to 15 minutes, Airport/mombasa 45 minutes
Other things to note
- Kindly note that due to water rationing in our area, we rely on a water well(commonly used in our region) which provides water 24-7 that is a bit salty but filtered and safe for consumption. The showers and kitchen have fresh water as well.
- cctv security cameras at the compound main entrance and backyard.
- We have a care-taker(doorman) always within the premises and opens main door for guests in and out 24/7, takes care of the gardening and lives within the premises in a private separate space.
Our care taker will also assist in cleaning and laundry at a small fee upon request.
- Smoking indoors not allowed but smoking outside allowed.
- pets not allowed!
- Accommodation for outside guests not allowed however visitors can visit from 8am untill 7pm.
- We might experience power cuts for a short time tho that hardly occurs, we have backup bulbs that provide light in the house and solar flood lights in the compound should a power cut occur.
- Our Pocket Wifi is limited to 1.5 GB per day but can always be renewed at a small fee.
- Parties not allowed.
- No noise after 10pm.


We have portable Air-conditioner available at a small fee upon request, however all our rooms and spaces are equiped with ceiling fans.
