"I didn't appreciate the long black hair found in the bathroom sink and I didn't appreciate the fact that I only had 2 television channels that worked, even after calling the front desk. The gentleman that came to our room could not solve the problem."

"Staff and breakfast was very good, but the first room we got was not well cleaned or maintained. The blind was ripped so we couldn't have full privacy, and it was set to 32 degrees when we got in, it felt like a sauna. I'm sure that was a mistake. They gave us another room which was good, but was just a bit of extra hassle."

"nice by the airport ,"

"The staff were excellent! From check-in, to the lounge, cleaning staff and to the restaurant. We couldn’t have been more impressed. Parking was very convenient located out back of the hotel. Our room was very clean, however, the wallpaper was peeling and could use a little tlc. The location was great as well. We are looking forward to our next stay."

"Overall a good experience. The property could benefit from a deep clean. There’s significant wear and tear on the building."

"We were very impressed with the property on our last trip in June, except for the stairs to the second floor. We booked a room on our recent trip to be disappointed with the exceptional breakfast on our previous trip. No coffee was available, only decaf and the eggs were disappointing."

"Cold showers"

"The Breskfast - was not good"

"Everything was good"

"Front desk should be friendly and customer focused, not cellphone focused."
