"The kitchen did not have utensils of any kind, no plates or drinking cups. The TV remotes did not work even after staff came to check it out. Had to leave the TV on all night. Road noise was an annoyance making it tough to sleep."

"good parking.. Was quiet as it is about a mile away from I-81. The room was semi clean. When I checked the bed (as I always do for bugs) I pulled the sheets down and there was a large dark hair right smack in the middle of the bed. There was hair on the shower walls. Whoever swept and mopped, did not sweep completely as the mop left dirt on the floor. Bed was fair (very firm) ...have slept in worse. Needs some attention especially along the bathroom floor as it is getting soft going into...

"Our stay at Hampton Inn was disappointing overall. The AC was not working properly during the night. A staff member came to check it, but the room still stayed very warm. The thermostat was set to 72, and even the fan air felt warm instead of cool, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. "FYI the hotel is not staffed. You get a code via text to open your room. Totally fine. Stayed at the "Tucker Room." The room was very clean, had a kitchen, and well maintained. For housekeeping you simply leave the sign on the door in the morning. However the only downside was that the cable/internet service is horrible. The internet is spotty, slow, and constantly disconnecting. Moreover there is no cable TV - only Roku combined with spotty internet. So you have to have a subscription to those...
