Viatges a Muzaki

We had a great stay here. Very calm area with a mini market nearby (walking distance) for anything you need like snacks or water. We rented a car which we would highly recommend doing, they have a parking lot for the hotel which is nice. The view from our room (we picked one with a sea view) was amazing. The restaurant was very convenient with friendly staff and good food. They also have a beach bar and of course a beach right under the hotel which was very nice. We used the lounge chairs at the beach which were very convenient! Breakfast offered a great variety of food and was super convenient. All the staff was friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Would come back again!

I don’t usually take the time to review my stays, but this is a must. As a traveler that booked a 5 start hotel, I am quite upset at the inaccuracy of this rating. The hotel is “nice”, but the quality is of a 3.5 star hotel (at most). There is minimal to no WiFi. We were greeted with a “used” glass of white wine (evident markings of lip stick on the glasses). Breakfast is included, but the quality of the food is suboptimal. We went for breakfast the first day, walked around the buffet area, and literally left without eating. I can go on and on, but I feel that this information is enough for anyone considering this hotel to think twice if expecting high quality. The staff was nice, but that’s not enough for a 5 star rating.

My husband and I were due to stay here for 4 nights at the end of last month, however our flight from Gatwick to Zakynthos were cancelled by EasyJet due to a storm/bad weather. The next flight out to the country was 2 days later. This was clearly out of our control. We contacted Expedia to ask for our money back on the hotel booking and the hotel declined to refund us stating their cancellation policy. I understand this is a business but our flights being cancelled on the day we were due to fly and check-in is clearly not our choice and a clear case of extenuating circumstances. My husband and I would’ve been prepared to stay at the hotel at another time if the refund could’ve been offered to us via another means (voucher etc) but this wasn’t offered and was an automatic NO. This decision would’ve been at the hotels discretion considering the circumstances. Very disappointed and we will now have to sought our money back by another means (insurance/bank).

Bellissima esperienza di quasi una settimana in questo grazioso hotel a conduzione familiare… camera spaziosa e pulitissima ogni giorno davvero con ogni comfort, posizione perfetta a Tsivili dove c’è un po’ di tutto per organizzare escursioni, fittare Quad e posti dove mangiare, la spiaggia di Tsivili non è sicuramente la più bella di Zante ma sicuramente confortevole! George e la sua famiglia sono persone meravigliose che ti fanno sentire come a casa! La colazione anche molto buona però l’unico consiglio costruttivo migliorativo che mi darei di offrire è quello di variarla un po’ di più tra i vari giorni, in quanto in 6 giorni abbiamo trovato sempre le stesse cose

An absolute dream hotel. The staff really elevate the hotel to the next level: friendly, helpful and polite. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it special. Highly recommend it. We will be back.
