Escape to nature at this stunning 3-bedroom walk-in (with side ramp) cabin. Located directly on the White River 15 minutes north of Mountain View, AR. Enjoy conversations around the fire pit or trout fishing from the bank less than 200 feet off your back porch. There is a public boat launch located on this property. Adventure awaits! If you are drawn to the outdoors there are ropes courses, biking trails, caves, hiking trails and many other activities to engage in while enjoying a little R&R. Coolwater neighborhood is a wonderful community of full-time and part-time residents. You will experience the friendliness from the moment you arrive. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Great Getaway

This property offers everything you need. The downstairs bed was absolutly the best, slept like a baby. The ramp to the side door was really nice to have for luggage with rollers. The only negative was the very narrow road that leads to the house. You must be very cautious driving at night and when you cross the RR track, you will lose site of the road on the other side. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Awesome property with nearby shared boat launch super easy parking and maneuvering

We enjoyed a week of Arkansas hospitality. Caught lots of trout and loved the deck and outdoor spaces. My gal partner thought the kitchen amenities were spectacular and we enjoyed using the grill. The u drive made parking and maneuvering boat on trailer a breeze. East access to electric on front deck and great space to store odds and ends for boat aka cover etc

Wonderful cabin

Great amenities, well appointed, super comfortable. We didn't lack anything but firewood for the fire pit. ( Didn't find any for sale in town, but not a big deal. Next time we'll buy some in a neighboring town on the way in.) Fishing was fun, hiked at Mirror Lake, toured Blanchard Springs Cavern, and saw 2 bald eagles on the river. Highly recommend.

Perfect for an easy, scenic getaway

Cool Water Getaway

The Cool Water Retreat was a beautiful escape. The location and neighborhood was perfectly quiet and well cared for. The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and enjoy. The only complaint was the sofa bed was broken so we were unable to use it. When I texted the management they did not respond. We just made another sleeping arrangement. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

Relaxing

It is the perfect little cabin! The location is perfect right by the river. The cabin was very neat and clean. My favorite part was looking at the stars in complete darkness. I will definitely book this cabin again.

Make sure you stay here!

100% recommend this listing. Such a cool cabin- plenty of room and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, etc.. we fished from the bank and also rented a boat and drive it right up to get in and out of the boat! Very convenient to downtown,but far enough away from any noise or hustle and bustle. We love to shop and listen to music on the square and it was extremely easy to get there and also the grocery or local restaurants. We absolutely had a wonderful trip and this cabin definitely rounded out the perfection. Do yourself a favor and book it!

Relaxing Weekend

The property is on the water and the back deck is nice to relax and watch the boats go by. We brought our boat and it was very convenient to have the boat ramp next to the property.
