"Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! "First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it.
