On the bottom floor, adjacent to the garage and front entry, you’ll find a second Master Suite, with its own en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Moving upstairs to the living level, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, a half-bath, and an office nook.

On the top floor, you'll find the remaining three bedrooms, one with a queen, a second with a full bed with a twin bunked overtop, and the master suite with a king bed, en-suite bath, and walk-in closet.

Steps outside your front door you'll find a year-round hot tub, fire-place, grill & gather area, and seasonally you'll be able to enjoy a pool, a second spa, and two pickleball courts each of which is private to the guests and owners of this community alone.

Guest access
You'll have access to the full home with the exception of an owner's closet upstairs and some storage closets in the garage.

The area
In addition to world class skiing at Snowbasin, you also have the more budget-friendly Nordic Valley resort and the exclusive Power Mountain resort a 30-minute drive away. There are a wide variety of activities for summer fun too! You’re a short 15-minute drive to Pineview Reservoir which offers several beaches, swimming, and any water recreation you’d like to participate in. 20-minutes from the home you’ll find Ogden and Layton, the nearest towns which offer grocery stores, restaurants, and family-friendly activities for all.
