Chestnut Garden Flat

  • The Studio@420 is a spacious garden flat, with its own entrance. The upstairs loft is the only other guest rental in the building. You have a private entrance, patio, very large bathroom and a king-sized bed. The studio is ADA compatible. Kitchen is minimal, with hot plate, microwave, tea kettle, a French Press and a toaster oven. (Fridge, too!) There is a small sink for washing dishes. You can walk everywhere in town, from this cozy spot. Large windows allow afternoon sunlight to filter through the shades. Mt Shasta rolls up at night, but the train does pass through. Internet, TV , heat and air!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect, and the room was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing great amenities along with complimentary snacks and beverages which was such a lovely touch. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at the studio on Chestnut. The place is great for two people, clean and comfortable and close to everything. Jessie was very responsive to our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Shasta.

Excellent location. The mini kitchenette was has all the appliance that one could need. A blender, coffee maker, hotplate, toaster over, mid-sized fridge, microwave, a lot of pots/pans, cups/plates/wine glasses, silver, can opener. etc.Loved our stay. What a wonderful space. So close to everything. I was there for my son's basketball tournament and the location was perfect--close to the High School and walking distance to the town. I sat outside on the porch and enjoyed the sun.

Lovely little place

This was a lovely little studio in a fun little town. I really enjoyed how close everything was in town. The studio was clean and just right for my wife and I.

A Peaceful Gem in Mount ShastaWe loved our stay at the Chestnut Studio! Perfectly located in the heart of downtown, close to shops, restaurants, and Sisson Meadows with stunning mountain views. The space was spacious, and welcoming, with everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and orange juice made us feel cared for. We loved relaxing on the peaceful garden patio. We would love to come back!

This spot was so cute, convenient and smelled good! There were even little snacks and juice boxes. It had pretty much anything you’d need for a couple day stay!

Just perfect for us

The property was very clean and neat. The snacks provided were perfect after a long drive to Shasta. I would definitely book this place again, and the communication with the host was very respectful, friendly and helpful.

Great Space in Great Location

We had a great stay in the Garden Flat. Great location to walk anywhere in Shasta. Unit was exactly as advertised. Easy check in and great communication with host. The bed was really soft and not to my likening, but by no means would it stop me from staying again or suggesting anyone I know from staying here.

Wonderful!

The space was perfect in every way. My husband and I have stayed at several places over the years, and this is our favorite now. It's conveniently located, the bathroom is big with a great shower, and the kitchenette has everything we needed. We will definitely return!

Relaxing getaway

Highly recommended! Great accommodations in a great location! I enjoyed the openness of the suite and it had everything I could have needed. The host was wonderful and prompt to reply to any communication.

Clean studio in great down town location

Jessie was an awesome host. She had clear communication with helpful information about our stay. The apartment was clean, well stocked with the necessities and it a great location down town. We would happily stay at Jessie’s spot again!
