Our bathrooms are well-equipped with essential items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience. The property features a total of 3.5 bathrooms: a half bathroom located in the basement, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower on the first floor, and two full bathrooms on the second floor—one with a tub and the other with a shower.

The final room on the second floor is a kids` playroom, complete with arcade games, life-sized Jenga and Connect-4, and a cozy built-in bed under the stairs with a memory foam mattress. The fun continues on the top floor, where the `Green Monster` begins—a thrilling 14-foot indoor spiral slide that winds down from the 3rd floor to the playroom on the 2nd floor.

Head down the hallway into the grand living and dining area, featuring impressive 11-foot coffered ceilings that add a royal touch to the space. This fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and elegant countertops, is a chef’s dream. Coffee enthusiasts will love the keurig for that perfect morning brew. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, all essentials are on hand. Gather around the dining table to enjoy a warm, shared meal experience.

Enter the basement through the hidden door if you can find it. Behind this door is a Prohibition-era bar room complete with a pool table, stocked custom bar w/sink, Smart TV, half bathroom and a Bluetooth Phonograph.

Step outside to discover an inviting space for relaxation, equipped with plenty of seating and a propane Weber BBQ grill—perfect for hosting unforgettable cookouts. The backyard serves as a peaceful retreat, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, complete with a cozy fire pit and an 8-person hot tub for your enjoyment.

Mount Pocono is a beautiful mountain community with everything you need in walking distance. We`re no more than 15 minutes away from all attractions including Kahalari, Camelback Mountain, Mt Airy Golf Course & Casino, Vineyards, Big Pocono State Park, The Crossings Shopping Outlets and much, much more! You can walk into town in a few minutes and go to a convenience store or stop by one of the many restaurants in the area.

✔Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
✔Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

✔$50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional.

✔Please do not park on the access road for the property. Park on the side of the house with the fence and picnic table. Absolutely no smoking inside.

✔Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges.

✔Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

✔Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

✔Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.

✔IMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.

The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
-Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.

Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.

This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.

Pocono Family Fun

I stayed here with 4 families and kids. It has fun for all ages. The kids loved the upstairs kids fun zone and the adults loved the secret prohibition-themed room in the basement. It is a short ride to Camelback where we had a great time tubing. The outdoor back patio is also a great hangout spot with the fire pit and the hot tub. The bedrooms were all nice with comfy beds. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing place for a work retreat

Every year i invite my team out for an extended weekend retreat as a way to bring us all together outside of the work walls. This year I chose to go back up to the Poconos and we couldn’t have picked a better house. The place was amazing with tons of room and of course the hidden prohibition room was a fan favorite. Thanks again for the wonderful time.

February Break Getaway

We traveled to the Poconos for a mid-winter break with 3 total families. It fit 12 of us easily and gave both the adults and kids places to have their fun! The kids had the BEST time with the slide and games. They also loved the separate kids area on the 3rd floor. The adults really loved the basement. All of us were also so impressed with the location to everything we needed! We were able to make it to snowtubing in about 15 minutes. We would absolutely recommend this house for some winter fun!
