"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Great stay, would definitely stay here again! Okay these are the things I always want to know about with a hotel: *Everything was very clean. Clean bedding, clean rooms, clean hotel overall. *The breakfast was amazing. Choices of: eggs, sausage, potato, make your own waffles, make your own breakfast (egg) burrito or chicken burrito with all the toppings, hot oatmeal, overnight oats in oat milk, dry cereal options, yogurt, toast, croissant or bagels. Coffee, hot chocolate or tea, and juices....

"The hotel is excellent! Note, there is no parking for the property except valet. There are lots nearby, but the surrounding area looked a little sketchy as we arrived at night and were unfamiliar with Providence. The next day it seemed fine, except there is a church that must provide services to homeless across the street. Many people were huddled outside the building and there are several boarded up businesses nearby. But, we really had a great stay and a beautiful, comfortable room!"

"Staff were good, place has gone down hill over the years. I've been staying here for over 20 years. Not even a bottle of water in the room shower was the size of the closet with the shower head all the way to the left against the wall. Moved the bible under the night stand and you could see the clean around hasn't been moved since they put it there. Sunday morning construction on Easter sunday. Over priced for sure."

"You should be told about massive on-going property renovations before you book, not right before you arrive and your stay is no longer refundable. And please don’t tell me that work will only be occurring during certain hours when it was clearly still happening an hour after it should have stopped and started up again 2 hours earlier than what the sign in the lobby says.
