This inviting villa, affectionately named Coastal Cottage, is situated in Mount Pleasant's charming Old Village District. Stroll the quaint streets and admire historic homes, or pop inside the eclectic boutiques that line Pitt Street one mile away. There, you'll find the Pitt Street Bridge; pack a picnic and watch the sunset over the city.

Alhambra Hall is also just a mile away, so this home is an excellent choice if you're in town for a wedding. You'll be three miles from the sandy beaches at Sullivan's Island and 11 miles from Isle of Palms. Check out downtown Charleston's foodie scene and historic landmarks, only seven miles away.

Spend quality time in your fenced backyard, which is shaded by a majestic live oak. Fire up the gas grill to prepare a family barbecue and enjoy open-air dining on the beautiful patio. Then, gather around the firepit to sip after-dinner drinks.

Open-concept living awaits inside this bright and airy cottage. Get comfortable in the main living area, furnished with two sofas and an armchair. Catch your favorite shows on the 50-inch TV. Do some home cooking in the lovely white kitchen, featuring beautiful cabinetry and a full suite of appliances. Convene for meals in the dining area, furnished with a farmhouse table.

In the evenings, retreat to the primary suite, located on the main level. The bedroom boasts a luxurious en suite bathroom with dual vanity.

Complimentary WiFi, a private washer/dryer, beach gear, and an umbrella are provided.

Great space and lovely home. We were in town for daughter’s wedding and in charge of the flowers. The open areas of the house worked perfectly for our flower assembly. Thank you!!

Exceeded our expectations!
We’ve stayed in Mt. Pleasant a few times. This pictures actually do it an under justice which is very rare to say. It is so spacious and clean. Beautiful place and very welcoming!! We stayed after Christmas and there was an issue from the rain that was out of anyone’s control before we got there and we were notified beforehand and checked on to ensure there were no more issues. Very responsive to any concerns we had, which was only that we wanted to utilize the outdoor area and it was chilly and the propane tank was empty for the fire pit . It was fixed the next morning. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to anything you could need. You do not have access to the garage. We have a truck that would not have fit anyway, but if bringing two vehicles, this is on a curve and we almost got stuck by a moving truck that happened to park behind the driveway, so one car is recommended. The only recommendation is that there are no tv’s in the upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t have any children so it wasn’t an issue, but could be for others. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Wonderful Accommodations
We rented this lovely abode over the Christmas Holidays to visit with family. We really enjoyed the layout of the house. The first floor was perfect for us - Kitchen with dining area, family room in back with access to enclosed backyard for dog. My 94 year old mother stayed in the first floor bedroom so had access to all the living areas - important key point for us so she did not have to worry about any stairs or steps. The upstairs bedrooms were great. Highly recommend

Great location, comfortable stay
Good size for our family of 4 plus grandpa. Kitchen, bath and bedrooms were very clean. Some dog hair from previous guests was on the living floor, but not a big deal to us since we brought our dog. Beds were really comfy and well furnished. Loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to beach and town. Overall a pleasant short stay.

Quiet clean and convenient
We stayed in the Coastal Cottage for 3 nights to attend a wedding in Mount Pleasant and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. A quiet neighborhood with plenty of space. The cottage was clean and located in a convenient area to get to stores and the beach. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great quick stay, super comfortable
Wish we had more time. We were only there for 2 nights for a wedding. The beds were soooo comfortable, very please. Everything was easy Peary. It was my First VRBO ever. Even with a small challenge with the door code, the text communication with management was seamless and the issue was quickly resolved.
