"I'm giving it a 5 star overall rating because c'mon, it's a motel 6 in the middle of nowhere, anyone expecting anything more than what it is must be crazy. Yea there are some weirdos walking around at night, but oddly enough, I felt safe with the cameras that are literally in every single passageway. "My dog and I had such a good time relaxing at this mountain retreat! The drive up was beautiful and the property manager was excellent at communicating and checking in. The house manual is very in depth and helpful. There are a few other cabins near by but often its hard to tell. "Not sure where to begin...we just had an incredible stay at The Hideaway. Scott and Courtney really go out of their way to make for a memorable experience. "We stumbled upon this property after searching for somewhere fun to go for a couple of days during our kids spring break. This property didn’t disappoint! The game room and hot tub were a huge hit. Also, we ventured into WV for a day trip and then came back for a yummy dinner and the kids played pool at the Burn Barrel. The fact that all linens were included, plus we were able to bring our dogs were a major plus!!"
