Bryce Resort Retreat in Shenandoah w/ Amazing Views

Our mountain home is an ideal getaway for a mountain vacation or work from home retreat. The home has stunning mountain views from every floor and is a 5 minute walk to a ski run at Bryce Resort. The area provides year round activities including lake access, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, tubing, wineries and golf.

The space
Our home has been fully renovated with a thoughtful approach to provide style in a contemporary and comfortable design to highlight the interior space and outside surroundings. The house is fully stocked to help make your vacation worry free. This includes a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet meal, high quality towels and linens, and all the bathroom amenities that you would find in a 5 star hotel.

The location is ideal for access to Bryce Resort. You can take a 5 minute walk down the street and ski or bike down the hill to pick up your lift tickets!! We are a 5 minute drive to Lake Laura and the check in for Bryce Resort's golf course. There are amazing hikes and wineries within 30 minutes of this home.

The home's floor plan has several open areas for lounging with large groups. There is a sunken fireplace seating area, a living room with a large smart TV, and a game room with a pool table, Golden Tee video game, smart TV and seating areas. All floors open out to mountain views.

The top floor has all the bedrooms and bathrooms and is an ideal setup for larger groups. 5 Bedrooms and 3 full bath baths provide an ideal retreat for multiple families and friends. We can accommodate additional children. Please contact for groups larger than 10.

Our renovated mountain home is an ideal getaway for a mountain vacation or work from home retreat. The home has stunning mountain views from every floor and is a 5 minute walk to a ski run at Bryce Resort. There is high speed Shentel Wifi that can power multiple teleconference calls and remote working demands.

A Perfect Getaway

Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The best part was the breathtaking view of the mountains—simply stunning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene and beautiful escape.

Breathtaking Views and Perfect Home

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. The views are unbelievable (everyone loved eating on the deck at the bar tables) and the owners have filled the home with everything you could ever need. Most importantly, they have really focused on the details, items and comforts that we have not found at other properties in the Basye area, but more reminiscent of what you expect to find at properties in Park City or Vail. To list a few, there are phone charges all over the house, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need with extras such as a full cocktail/wine bar, a full drawer of spices/seasonings/oils, high-end appliances to include blenders and tea kettles, luxury sheets and towels, stocked bathrooms with extra items in case you forgot a toothbrush or face wash, a full line-up of xbox games for the kids, board and casino games galore, not to mention the game room in the basement, and they have also included a lot of baby proof/safety features for anyone with young children. The home is perfect for entertaining adults and for kids. Best of all, it is bike in/out for the bike park or a very short walk for the ski trails in the winter. It's located a the top of the lift so you can ride right in in the morning and take the lift home at the end of the day. Thanks and we definitely plan to return!

Modern Paradise in rhe Mountains

This home was outstanding for our family 's stay!!! The view over the woods out to the mountains from the decks of all three levels was so beautiful. And bright stars at night! The inside was appointed with comfortable, clean furnishings. Fun hanging swing chairs. An adorable room for children. The best room was the well stocked and equipped kitchen; we made meals with ease. The owners were always available and it is obvious that the enjoyment of their guests is their priority.They provide everything! You will love staying here!!!

Mountain Paradise

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The house is spacious and clean, the design and decor is beautiful, and the views are amazing (the desks are perfectly placed in the bedrooms by the window that look out to the mountain view so very nice for those that need to work)! It was the perfect place to escape to for a few days that isn't too far away from the DC area. Communication and response time with Anna was quick and friendly. We would stay there again and highly recommend to others!

Amazing Location/Beautiful Home

Took a few days to ski @ Bryce Resort w/ friends and really enjoyed our time. The house was perfect! Had everything we needed from kitchen/cooking necessities to fun games to play (GoldenTee!) And the views are even better then the pictures show. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Fall Retreat!

We stayed here with our family of 12 and it was a great experience. The house is equipped with all of the amenities you can think of, the views were breathtaking, and all of the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Would recommend to any group looking for a mountain getaway.

This property was perfect for our group. The home was so spacious and beautifully decorated. I’ve never stayed in such a well stocked home for renters. We couldn’t get enough of that view. This home was just as advertised! Loved the beautiful, small towns in the area.

Almost PERFECT

We are 4 active seniors who stayed at this house in early-mid Sept. We were looking for a up-dated, well maintained place that offered quiet and relaxation coupled with nearby activities and attractions to fill our days. This home was the perfect place. I cannot say enough about our choice...the house is just beautiful with every amenity. The host was very available for our questions but so much was outlined in detail in a "booklet" sent to us about just about anything one would need to know. There are two decks and we about lived on the upper one...what a breath -taking view! The seating on the deck is awesome and , always with a glass of wine in hand, we enjoyed the environment and our family. Not one of us wanted to leave this house!! Weather was really nice during our visit with rain one night but gone but mid-morning. We did not cook in at all but you can as there is all you would need to do so...our fav restaurant was Clementine in the college area of Harrisonburg followed by Woodstock Cafe in Woodstock. There is a Wal-mart very close-by. Why give this review a title of Almost Perfect???? Well. we had to leave...

A truly remarkable getaway suitable for anyone

What a unique contemporary style house designed with nature in mind. Jonathan, the host, put a great deal of efforts into the overall layout and interior design of his home. All the rooms get plenty of nature light and great view. The living area is spacious, cozy and full of fun games. The kitchen is well organized and fully stocked. The view of the house is truly amazing. A panoramic mountain view with a nice peek of the Lake Carroll is right in front of you when standing or sitting in any one of the three nice decks. Eagles hover over the top of the trees and sometimes near the house. With close to zero light pollution, the night sky is so clear with shining stars. Kids are excited to pinpoint Ursa Major, Ursa Minor and many other constellations. Whether you plan for a family vacation or just want to hang out with your adult friends, you will always find this place fun and relax. Highly recommended.

Grand Views from a Unique Stylish Home

This property truly has the best views I've seen: grand, peaceful, and inspiring. The home has unique architecture with a beautiful modern rustic design. The textures in the design are soft, making the home cozy. I appreciated how easy the check-in and checkout processes were. The amenities were extra nice. The care, cleanliness, and organization put into the kitchen was noticed and appreciated. Loved the extra touches like the games, phone chargers, and extra outlets. The online guestbook has so much helpful information that helped make the stay easy and nice. Those things make a big difference. I would highly recommend this property.

This property is fantastic. The views are incredible and the furnishing are so nice. We loved the style of decorations in this house, made us feel at home. The kids really enjoyed it as well. They loved the pool table room. Communication with owner was 100% to notch. Would definitely book another trip here and without a doubt recommend this to others.
