-The garage has a Studio Apt that is used in the summer months by one of the owners. This Studio has its own entrance, NO ONE will ever go into the house or need to go in to the house for any reason

-The entire house is for guests to use, the side of the backyard that is NOT fenced in is used by the homeowner who operates the Kayak Rental Company across the street at the Boat Launch but guests are welcome to store bikes or boats there as well

-Pets are allowed! Please include your Pet on the reservation
