The staff was very nice, quick to offer any help. The entrance to the parking lot has a couple of driveways near it, went to the wrong one a couple times. The location was perfect for us. Steps from the Village stroll and less than 10 minute walk to the gondola. Very quiet area but so close to the fun stuff. The hotel and room had everything we needed.
